The FS-3700+, delivers blazing fast performance at 18 ppm engine and 100MHz PowerPC 603e processor, up to 2,400 x 600 dpi for high quality text and graphics making it the ideal workgroup printer. With the most flexible paper handling system in the industry and the lowest total cost of ownership in the market, the Kyocera FS-3700+ is the industry's most cost-efficient printer for today's complex network environment. The FS-3700+ comes with a wide variety of networking capabilities to connect to even the most complex environments. With EcoLAN network interface cards you can connect to the most popular network operating systems, including Novell NetWare (2.x, 3.x, 4.x, NDS), Windows NT, Windows 95 and most varieties of UNIX. With Kyocera PrintMonitor and SNMP communication, you can remotely monitor and control your Kyocera or any SNMP-compatible printer on your network. The Windows-based GUI interface eases the management of your network. Kyocera offers a customized paper handling system to deal with everything from high-capacity printing and duplexing to sorting and stacking. There is even a special setting available for printing on thick paper or labels. Consisting of a flexible array of interlocking pieces that stack together like building blocks, you can buy the paper handling you need, when you need it. As your needs change, so can your printer. Options include up to two 500-sheet paper drawers, power envelope feeders and even a high capacity 1,500 sheet bulk stacker. Kyocera printers provide the perfect platform for almost any printing application you can imagine -- from general network printing to forms-on-demand, bar-codes or MICR check printing! The FS-3700+ comes equipped with 45 built-in bar-codes and an integrated PC Card slot for storage of forms, fonts, logos and signatures. Kyocera's "cartridge-free" technology uses long life imaging components, eliminating the need for expensive toner cartridges. Simply add toner and watch the savings add up. Kyocera can you save thousands of dollars per printer without sacrificing quality or performance.
Advantages: Very reliable, low cost per page Disadvantages: None
...drive, compact flash memory, high capacity output tray.
Kyocera has one more ace in its sleeve - drivers. Imagine that they developed one super-driver for all printers/copiers they produce. That way once you installed any Kyocera printer, you can add more and don't care about driver; it's already there.
And now from my experience with FS 5030N.
We use 5030DN models (network interface plus duplex unit). No problems what so ever. Never failed. Installation is dead easy, just like with the rest of Kyocera products. Paper jams are very rare and in most cases are human related (average user can't understand, that you are suppose to put paper into tray neatly, and not just throw it in). Great, economic color printer forworkgroup use....

Advantages: Fast, Reliable, Easy to Feed paper Disadvantages: It doesnt fit into standard computer desks,
...After my negative last printer review, I’ve decided to review another of our collection. The KyoceraFS 680 is my personal favourite. Which is a strange thing to admit under the circumstances!! About a year ago while in the process of finding new printers my boss suggested this one, to which I recalled what the hell is the point in buying it…We need A3 minimum and definitely something capable of printing colour. My boss inevitably ignored my comments and headed straight out to purchase this.
Incredibly this printer has since become a god send. Although only able to print A4 and black and white, this printer consistently chugs away day after day without a glitch. Before I launch into a buy now buy now speech I’ll tell you the features of the printer and let you decide!
Compatibility:
This printer as with most is compatible...

...with the installation, the website does have a section in it's help pages to assist you with the printer set-up.
--Price--
You can buy the FS1010 for about £200. It puts it down at the cheaper end of the Laser printer scale but the cheapness doesn’t hide a lack of quality.
--Cartridge Cost--
We can buy our cartridge (TK-17) for £46 from our supplier and according to the manufacturer it will last for about 5,000-6,000 sheets, which works out at an extremely cheap 0.0092p-0.007p per sheet. We use the printer mainly for producing very wordy letters which increases the ink usage and reduces the pages to about 3,000 per cartridge (0.015p per sheet).
--Online Support--
Kyocera has a very comprehensive UK-based website which provides a lot of information on each of their products, including where to buy, cartridge costs etc. It has a support helpdesk...
