...A while back we spent an afternoon shopping for dog stuff - a past-time I love, but Baz (my partner) cant do with, much like shoe shopping. We were specifically looking for something for our then newly adopted rescue Boxer, Ruby. Something pretty hardwearing, and unlike regular dog balls, easy for her to carry in her less than lengthy snout/mouth. We'd had problems finding fetch toys for her that she could actually fetch!
