FUTON? How 1970s, or was it '80s? I can never remember. Anyway I thought they were well out of fashion, perhaps they are making a comeback. If you are like me, you will think that futons are nothing more than old pallets thrown on the floor, covered with your Granny's old eiderdown, it is time we looked at some modern info.

Advantages: excellent customer support advice Disadvantages: none

I ordered a Kyoto newyork futon in July. Although the delivery guidance was 4-6 weeks and I did not recognise this company as a well known outfit, I decided to take a risk as the price was so low after many weeks of deliberating.
Following my order, I initially panicked when I only had a standard automatic email and no other contact within 24 hours. Once I got through their phone system and spoke to their call centre people, I was reassured and following several weekly updates from their staff I received my futon as described without fault.
Was pleasant suprised by their service and happy with the quality of my futon. ...
