Advantages: Creatine monohydrate, increased strength and muscle size Disadvantages: A little pricey
...I have been weight lifting now for five years on and off, and have long wondered if creatine really works.
Being ever skeptical of these get super powers over night advertising campaigns. I refrained from buying creatine choosing to spend my hard earned coin on protein; knowing the body would utilize this to build muscle.
However as chance would have it an eager beginner who spent money on all the trimmings and then discovered he wasn’t really into training sold me two tubs of creatine cheap.
Yes this stuff does work!

Advantages: It works! Proven supplement, that can really help performance, building and recovery Disadvantages: Lacks guidance on who should be taking it.
...Creatine is a phosphate carried by the liver and is an amino acid produced naturally by the body. It is reproduced as a supplement by mixing Arginine, Glycine and Methionine.

Advantages: gain endurance strength density fast Disadvantages: none
...and a half of no work my total strength/fitness is 75percent of what it was and it takes the rest of that term to get back up to full and go a little past it to say 105 percent. Then I go on easter holiday.
Third term again and I'm done moving back in. exams kick in and I'm stuck at my desk revising. When I get back to the gym the same amount of time has passed but this time i've been taking a creatine supplimet for a week and it takes me much less time to get back to my 100 percent benchmark. I find I can do more than I thought I would and the amount of reps I can do suprises me. After the same amount of time working out I reckon I am 120 percent of the initial previous best.
I do a Bioscience degree but basically this product is supposed to work by resupplying exhausted ATP reserves in the muscles which allow for work to be performed...
