...not convinced the weight loss is as dramatic the second week.
It would be a waste of time to do this diet for a week and then go back to bad eating habits but I found after a week I felt so much better and fitter in myself that I am motivated to do less 'snacking' and eat more healthily - for a while at least.
WARNING - Very rapid weight loss will not only take fat out of your system it will also affect muscles and one muscle you don't want to damage is your heart muscle - hence the reason I don't do the diet for longer than five days.
This diet is NOT the answer to all your weight problems BUT it just might give you the kick start to encourage you to think more about your food and how you can keep the weight off once you have got it down.

Advantages: Easy!, Clear Skin! No migraines, reduced/cures PCOS symptoms, Not hungry! Disadvantages: BAD PRESS! Misinformed critics! Meat is a tad bit expensive lol
...sauté food as it has a higher smoke point. I get through MORE vegetables a day than someone NOT doing Atkins! I have healthy snacks of eggs or walnuts and berries if I’m hungry in between meals (which is rarely!)
