Iiyama - a name to trust
Review of Iiyama Pro Lite E380S by Plymyphil

Advantages: Quality, design
Disadvantages: Price

...harddrive and most importantly an Iiyama 14" monitor. Sadly the wages department of the hotel restaurant I worked through that long and tedious summer dictated a few small changes. The PC eventually became a 386 processor running at 40MHz, 4Mb RAM, 120Mb harddrive and no Iiyama monitor. Instead of the Iiyama I had some rebadged monitor with a huge curve and a low refresh rate. The Iiyama was the first thing to drop off the list as it saved the most ...
...than counterparts products. Now, Iiyama still lead the field and this product, despite sitting at the budget end of the Iiyama product line is still a remarkably high quality monitor. I have used these for about six months now and they came as part of a PC package so I can't say exactly how much we paid. It probably added about £250.00 to the price then but I expect careful shopping would see them available for nearer to £200.00 now. THE SPECIFICATION ... Read review

Everyone should own this!
Review of Iiyama Pro Lite H380-B by Bolly_eggs

Advantages: supports high resolution. large 15 inch screen.
Disadvantages: non that spring to mind.

...in electricity. To summarise the Iiyama ProLite E380S-B is a top-quality monitor at a very reasonable price, I’m incredibly happy with the way it is performing and it looks gorgeous, the screen is not so bright that it hurts your eyes nor to dark that you cannot distinguish the finery, it has a soft glow which will allow long periods of use. For 190 quid you could definitely spend your money on a worse monitor. Hope you enjoyed my review, Oli. ...

Idea for gaming or watching films
Review of Samsung SyncMaster 931BW by womblebatman

Advantages: Great specs, Easy to set up,no noise, produces little heat, lightweigth.
Disadvantages: No height adjustments, back panel is a bit flimsy

I brought my Samsung 931BW LCD monitor around 5 months ago and after doing a fair bit of research (mostly PC reviews) I brought this one from currys for just under £150. Previous to buying this one I had a very old CRT monitor. The Samsung synmaster 931bw is a 19 inch Widescreen with a 1440x900 resolution producing 16.7million colours. In addition it has a 2,000 :1 contrast rate and a 2ms Refreshment rate which make it an ideal monitor for gaming ...
...want to check out the Samsung website (www.samsung.com/uk/) and enter 931bw in the search box on top right of web page. Setting up: Quite east to set up, you need to remove the back cover to access the analog (VGA) and digital (DVI) connectors, I've used both the analog and digital inputs, the LCD will detect and automatically switches to the the chosen input when the computer starts up. Once you've connected the power cord and RGB or DVI cable ... Read review
