I have recently bought this monitor and have been pleased with what i have seen so far, it is great value for money and offers a general all-round multi-purpose widescreen monitor. Size - It is a perfect sized for someone who enjoys watching movies of playing games, being 19" is has more then enough room for example i use it for showing 2 word documents at a time side by side this helps me cross reference and makes general every day tasks easier. ...

...a Dell 19 in screen it come up right every time so it has to be the ACER. SAdly with a HP5700 I can't try an alternative video card, anyway why should I have the extra expense! Acer support is pretty useless so be warned ... Read review

...Points - Unlike my acer laptop which has a TFT screen with a glass-like gloss cover, this screen has the traditional matt finish. This means that some of the clarity from a dvd or high-res movie or if you were going to watch television on it. Having owned this monitor for around 6 months, and with no reviews wrote on it so far, I feel it needs one. Personally, I have always liked this screen. It is definatly a massive improvement on my old big Screen.
