I bought this for two reasons, one to replace my existing 15" Proview monito and the second to run my Xbox 360 on in High Definition. The high contrast ration and the 5ms Black to Black refresh (2ms grey to grey) looked like it would ideally suit high definition gaming, especially with the native resolution being 1680 x 1050 so almost 1080p resolution. The widescreen display is brilliant, the colours clear and crisp and the refresh rate suits the games perfectly. I have noticed that you do occasionally get some 'ghosting' but this tends to happen on older, less advanced games such as the Xbox Live Arcade games. Having owned this monitor for around 6 months, and with no reviews wrote on it so far, I feel it needs one. Personally, I have always liked this screen.
