This monitor is great for the average home computer. It is a decent size to watch movies, play games etc. on it. It had a good max resolution so not everything is cramped together, Im currently using this screen and i would give it a good 9/10. ...comparing it to my Mum's Philips 150B (i think that's what its called), its clearer higher resolution, better sound quality - then again it costs a little more as well. If you could find it for £150 then its a 'deffo', but it's probably not worth the £250 that i paid for it. Get a cheaper - maybe second hand - flat screen and upgrade more often. The HP w1907v is a great quality widescreen monitor, but it isn't without a few minor problems. I brought my Samsung 931BW LCD monitor around 5 months ago and after doing a fair bit of research (mostly PC reviews) I brought this one from currys for just under £150. Previous to buying this one I had a very old CRT monitor. The Samsung synmaster 931bw is a 19 inch Widescreen with a 1440x900 resolution producing 16.7million colours.
