Very Good Monitor Advantages: Excellent Picture/Price Disadvantages: Not Found Any Yet I have been using this 24” (23 I/2” measured diagonally) monitor for the last three weeks now, and I have to say, that I am more than satisfied with it. I bought it on the basis of being a well known brand name, styling, the type of inputs, 2ms, and overall valued for money. Compared to other monitors that I considered, this seems to be one of the best value for money at around £175. Out of the box I had it set up within half an hour or so. Image ... ...are lots of options to choose from should you feel the need to adjust the picture/screen ect. The 16:9 format screen as full hd resolution 1920x1080 so perfect for movie and game fans. Also it as standard, game, movie, scenery and text picture modes. I can’t say what the sound quality is like using the monitor speakers, because I have the sound coming out of a separate sound system that’s connected to my pc. HD widescreen takes gameplay into another dimension Advantages: stunning colour, fast response time and widescreen display Disadvantages: - The Prolite E2208HDS really does take gameplaying into another dimension with its out of this world HD colour sensitivity and 22 inch widescreen that makes the user feel really immersed from the moment the monitor is fired up. Excellent Dual use monitor/tv Advantages: stylish, value for money, great picture, great sound Disadvantages: signal may be affected by internet signal, dark shadows when lying down or playing dark games I absloutely adore this monitor! Bought as a replacement for my old 17" massive old style monitor it was certainly a refreshing change! Pricey at its then selling price of £200 I would say that it has certainly lived up to its price tag. Firstly the monitor can be used for dual purposes - for example if you don't have a TV no worries you can use this instead. It comes with a handy remote that lets you switch between inputs for example your computer ... ...can choose to take up. The remote also gives every option you would get on a normal TV remote, i.e. volume, brightnes, program up and down, menu options and the choice to press the tv numbers if you so wish. It comes with digital TV already built in so if you've not quite got round to buying a set top box and don't want to get cable or sky then this is all you need. stylish, cheap and excellent value for money Advantages: looks great, lots of ports, good image quality Disadvantages: shaky stand and somewhat baffling control After losing my previous television to a short-circuit, i was in desperate of a new set. Having been with a Toshiba for a while, i decided to buy from elsewhere. I was reluctant to buy an LG, as my friends had told me of their experiences with LG's poor sound quality on many of their products. After looking around, i found this and decided to risk it. For starters, id like to point out how impressed i was with the number of input and output ports ... ...PC plugged in at the same time, and still watch TV with the built in freeview, which comes with all the channels you would expect from any freeview box. The sound quality was good, but not great. if you set the volume too high, then it starts to sound a bit metallic, but after owning a Toshiba I was very used to this.
