stylish, cheap and excellent value for money Advantages: looks great, lots of ports, good image quality Disadvantages: shaky stand and somewhat baffling control After losing my previous television to a short-circuit, i was in desperate of a new set. Having been with a Toshiba for a while, i decided to buy from elsewhere. I was reluctant to buy an LG, as my friends had told me of their experiences with LG's poor sound quality on many of their products. After looking around, i found this and decided to risk it. For starters, id like to point out how impressed i was with the number of input and output ports ... ...PC plugged in at the same time, and still watch TV with the built in freeview, which comes with all the channels you would expect from any freeview box. The sound quality was good, but not great. if you set the volume too high, then it starts to sound a bit metallic, but after owning a Toshiba I was very used to this. The image quality more than made up for the sound quality. LGW2261V Advantages: Design of TV/Monitor,Crisp clean pictures Disadvantages: there\'s no I was as surprised by the design of TV/Monitor. Easy to setup and has a simple interface. When i first connected it to my PC via the HD able i was Dissapointed by the picture quality as the colors looked too strong and washed out. That however was a problem of my own making i did not install the drivers,once the drivers were installed this monitor offered stunning picture quality. Excellent value for money Advantages: Design, Features, Quality of Picture Disadvantages: None I recently purchased the LG M1994d-PZ 19" Monitor from a local computer store. The picture quality of this monitor is excellent and importantly gives of little reflection as not to obstruct your picture. Set up of the monitor is quite straight forward, allowing you to change the brightness, refresh rate, etc, very easily. beautiful monitor Advantages: widescreen, colour intensity Disadvantages: instruction manual is hard to understand, its more of a do-and-learn type of thing I bought this monitor about 9 months ago and can honestly say that i've never had any trouble with it. it first attracted me with its sleek and shiny design and ever since i'd say its a product worth buying! I don't know about without one, but i have a graphics card in my computer which probably enhances the colour brightness. great monitor, does what you ask of it Advantages: matt screen reduces glare Disadvantages: annoying 'touch on' feature This monitor does everything I need it to do. I use the monitor as an external monitor for my laptop and it works very well. I had been worried that the constant connection and removal of my laptop may cause problems, this has not been the case. I had heard that the monitor was prone to shake on a desk, but this is most certainly not a problem, as the stand is in fact very stable.
