Legostarwars2 is a great game! The controls are very easy to learn and the game can be enjoyed by old and young alike!!! Obviously, everything is made out of lego bricks, this just adds to the humour of the game because what child hasn't destroyed a lego building before and seen all the bits collapse and make a profound mess? Well thats what happens in the game! If someone gets killed, they split into a bunch of lego bits and then re-incarnate! Unfortunately though, no spoken word is issued throughout the game! All the characters use gestures to convey meaning! This can be quite annoying or quite funny, depending on your outlook! Myself, and younger people of our household have all ejoyed this game, especially as it boasts an impressive 2 player story mode function! All children want to be able to play their favourite game with there ...

This is an excellent follow up from the first starwarsLego game, but this time you play the characters and scenes from the first three original films, starwars, the empire strikes back and return of the Jedi.
The essence of the game is much the same as the first game but with few tweaks and additions.
New additions
In this game you can create your own character from mixing and matching the characters of the film so you can for example have a chewbacca head on a c3po body and legs.
This is pretty useless other then a fun element for kids who get to mess about with the game.
You can also use vehicles such as at-at’s and snow speeders, which is great fun and adds a new dimension to the game, as these are proper Lego spacecraft.

A couple of years ago a former colleague lent me a demo disc containing LegoStarWars. A game based on the second trilogy by George Lucas encompassing Episodes I-III where the main protagonists are Lego people in a Lego world with Lego hands. Of course I thought this was going to be utterly crap...never in my life have I been so wrong.
