After much research and somewhat of a limited budget, my partner and I were chuffed to pieces when we found this TV in Asda for £377.

The television is extremely good value for money in terms of screen size (42 inch), picture quality and reliability when compared to other brands.

My partner plays Xbox 360 games and reports that the HDMI picture quality is of a very high standard.

The sound is of satisfactory quality, it would probably benefit from a surround sound system but is absolutely fine in a room of reasonable size. We are film fanatics, watching endless movies and we haven't felt the need to get surround sound as yet!

The TV also has built in Freeview but I think this is pretty standard and expected now. There are also 2 USB ports on the back as well as HDMI and scart.

Overall, this television is a fantastic purchase... It looks great and we couldn't be more happy with it. It is a shame that it doesn't have a record feature but other than that it is wonderful!
