For the first month of having this, I would have wholeheartedly recommended it to anyone.
It failed after 31 days. LG had it taken to a local repair shop. Nine days after it failed, they identified that the power supply had failed. 7 days later, the repair shop told me the replacement power supply had failed. Still waiting after almost a month. Throughout this LG customer service have been completely disinterested, would not escalate, would not let me speak to higher authority.
I had to write a letter to them to get any further action - in this day and age - a letter! Totally unacceptable.
LG CS are only there to fend off complaints.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
