...I believe that the LG mp3 player is an extremely well put together package. Because of its tiny, size (a thing, which scared me when I got it out of the box I thought I had lost a part or something). Then there is also the obvious fact that it is a mp3 player that is under the £100 mark, which is a big, selling factor. The other part is that LG is a superior producer of electronic goods with a low price mark for a high quality item. I also like the fact that the players memory can be upgraded, compared to the static memory of certain other players.... Read review

...Had this for over a month and it's great. It is 100Hz (not 50Hz as stated) and the picture quality is fantastic!!! Sound quality is fab too. Easy to set up. Great variations on screen sizes and easy to adjust the picture quality using it's XD Engine. It also has in built freeview which is clear as a bell to watch unlike some boxes I have used in the past. EPG is easy to use. Remote control is good and if you have other LG products it might even control them too. I have mine on a stand but can be wall mounted to save space. Great looking in your living room too. I could ramble on about it but there is no point, it is just EXCELLENT!!!... Read review

Disadvantages: Not in the piano black finish, but I don't see this as being a disadvantage.

...I recently purchased this TV from Currys for £595 which is the cheapest I could find it. I believe they had a sale on at the time which reduced it by £100. Before this TV, I had a 37" LG HD LCD which got damaged and so needed to be replaced. After some extensive research, I narrowed my choices down to Sony & Panasonic. My end decision really boiled down to the cost. For under £600, you can't beat the Sony KDL-V3000. Although it's not got the Piano Black finish, the build quality is what you expect from Sony. This TV has 2 HDMI inputs plus offers full HD, 1080p. I currently have Sky HD, PS3 and Wii and the picture improvement from LG to Sony was amazing. I only wish my LG brokedown earlier. The only downside is the remote control which isn't that special for a Sony TV. Apart from that, I can't fault the TV.... Read review
