This fridge freezer was bought to replace existing undercounter separate fridge/freezer. The first thing we have noticed is that you can instantly see what you are looking for in these large cabinets. The temperature controls are easy to use and the the ice maker/chiled water is very simple to plumb in even for a novice like me. The fridge freezer is A rated for efficiency and the doors are alarmed to that an audible beep is sounded whenever the door is left open for any length of time. I have to say that the only consideration before buying one of these is carefully check the dimensions because it is a monster and you do not get a full grasp of the size in a shop/outlet. We bought this from B&Q from the internet and found the service and delivery personnel to be first class. The downside to the unit is that the freezer compartment is not very big. The ice maker is built behind the door and takes up what is in effect a complete shelf. However we have found it big enough for our needs as we do not store large amounts of frozen foods.
