LG J 10 HD

Advantages: Great price.
Disadvantages: Not best picture with Sky HD

...I've had this TV for only a month but I really do think its great! The TV looks very stylish, polished black. The speaker is hidden under the screen which confused me a bit when I got it! It also comes with a matching black glossy stand. The HD wasn't amazing with the PS3, Sky HD or DVD players that are HD. I did notice that the picture was quite impressive on normal standard TV. If you don't have Sky HD or Sky HD, the picture quality should be great! The sound is amazing! It was honestly about 5x better than my old TV! The sound comes from 2x10 watt speakers. LG calls it surround MAX. The quality is much better than I expected. Advantages: practicality, great picture quality, sound quality, range of ports at the rear
Disadvantages: only one hdmi port which isnt enough nowadays

...for great performance buy this tv. for alot of reasons: its reliable has great specifications capable of full hd performance great for HD gaming great for use as a PC monitor great sound quality simplicity on menu's and set up this tv is compact which is great for bedrooms, my son has one and uses it for his ps3. and pc. it saves space as you wouldnt need to have more than one screen for differant uses. in my opinion this i one of the best 19" tv's on the market today, not only because it has a reasonable price, it is also made by LG which is a recognised brand for practicality and reliablility. i would buy another one of these in an instant for any other room in my house.... Advantages: Great Picture Quality, Great Sound, & Looks Great.
Disadvantages: Not in the piano black finish, but I don't see this as being a disadvantage.

...I recently purchased this TV from Currys for £595 which is the cheapest I could find it. I believe they had a sale on at the time which reduced it by £100. Before this TV, I had a 37" LG HD LCD which got damaged and so needed to be replaced. After some extensive research, I narrowed my choices down to Sony & Panasonic. My end decision really boiled down to the cost. For under £600, you can't beat the Sony KDL-V3000. Although it's not got the Piano Black finish, the build quality is what you expect from Sony. This TV has 2 HDMI inputs plus offers full HD, 1080p. I currently have Sky HD, PS3 and Wii and the picture improvement from LG to Sony was amazing. I only wish my LG brokedown earlier. The only downside is the remote control which isn't that special for a Sony TV. Apart from that, I can't fault the TV.... Read review
