If your like me and like buying phones from the same brand this is nothing special from other Lgs such as the Cookie or Viewty
Why did i buy this phone It had built in wifi 8 mega pixel camera Face detection Divx videos
To be honest with myself if you have another Lg this isnt much different thats all i can say. Besides the wonderful camera i have to start 10. The internet wifi was so laggy and slow you just gave up and decided to use the computer. No its not my wireless internet it the silly phone. Using the 3g internet was even worst such a night mare. This phone was 300+. You better off buying the Lg Cookie or Viewty soo much cheaper but does what is says on the box. Not to mention it comes with a free 8gb memory card. But when you finally start putting music on it becomes slow and responsive. Also very bulky
Touch screen was unresponsive Buy an ipod and a cheap NOKIA
Advantages: Great camera functionality Disadvantages: Lack of applications a-la i-phone
I bought this phone (well took a more expensive contract to get the phone for free) as I wanted a phone with a good camera so I would always have it on me to take snaps of my little boy and this appeared to be about the highest spec camera available at the time.
I have to say I have not been disappointed with this phone, the pictures I have taken compare well to those that I take on my Canon Ixus and I have certainly taken more snaps thanks to having ... ...also useful to be able to crop the photos on the phone rather than having to wait until they are downloaded. The phone has a lot of features that you wouldn't normally expect on a camera-phone such as quick succession multiple shots (useful for capturing a toddler!)
With regards to other functions the phone is perfectly adequate, calls and texts have never been a problem, the handwriting recognition is pretty good although I find it easier to turn ...

Advantages: It works as a phone - just about Disadvantages: Everything.....
...poo. You can't change anything, LG don't support Three in the UK so the crappy buggy firmware you get when you buy is yours .... FOR LIFE, no possibility of an update this side of hell freezing over. Google maps is about three iterations out of date (and it shows) but you can't update it. The default games are crappy demos that, again, you can't manage (i.e. delete to free up memory). GPS receiver is allegedly stand alone - but it isn't and always ... ...Stay clear..... cheap nasty little phone that promises so much a delivers bugger all... Still on the upside the appallingly bad English in the LG software is good for a chuckle or two and their error messaging gives Windows a run for it's money in terms of crypticness........ ...

Advantages: internet usage and connection is very efficient, as is the recieving and sending of messages Disadvantages: Very short battery life, and product life in general, along with dissapointing pixelation
...on the television about the LG KC910 RENOIR i thought that i would choose that specific mobile phone. Upon recieving the mobile phone, i was very impressed by the packaging and the added extras that came with it, such as a tablet pencil, memory card and extra screen protection equiptment, and to be completely honest the mobile was a fantastic piece of technology for the first 3 months. After taking a trip to Austria over christmas, i found that the ... ...syncing to the computer for music and photos etc. Upon getting back into the United Kingdom the phone continued to be a problem, freezing on several occasions per day until it reached the point where it wouldnt work at all. During the time when it was freezing the pixelation within the phone started to deteriorate and reached the stage where pictures looked as thought they had been taken 100 years previous. All together in my opinion, money, time ...

Advantages: Front and back camera lenses, excellent video quality, great gadget Disadvantages: Battery is a bit short-life and touchscreen sometimes does not respond quickly
...My husband was finishing his contract with O2 and spotted the Sony 905 with an 8megapixel camera. However when it came to renewing the contract, they refused to give him a good offer so he went online to find a better offer or at least a phone with similar specs and stumbled with LGRenoir instead.
Originally, the phone came with Vodaphone contract but my husband found it a little complicated to operate so he sticked to his old phone and gave me the Renoir which was a real treat. Good thing it is not locked to Vodaphone sim because I got a Tesco sim which works just as good.
So why did husband give it to me? Because when he was calling on the phone and he had to dial a few more numbers the screen kept turning off and the numbers disappeared so by the time he figured where to find the number keys the call waiting had ended and so he...

Renoir takes super-sharp 8 megapixel pictures that can be edited in camera and are instantly ready for sharing online or printing. The phone's list of features includes some that are usually only found on extremely high-end standalone cameras, such as Schneider-Kreuznach certified optics, a Xenon flash, auto and manual focus, sensitivity up to ISO 1600 and geo-tagging. 8 Megapixel Camera LG's KC910 takes super-sharp pictures, thanks to an 8 megapixel camera with Schneider-Kreuznach optics and a Xenon flash.
