I'd been looking at phones for a while and I had my heart set on a smartphone, I really wanted the spv m700 but there weren't many on ye old ebay, then when my trusty old nokia started going tits up I couldn't be arsed waiting for one to come available. LG KE850 Prada 88888888888888 You may begin reading this review with a sense of dismay, that I have now obtained a Prada phone. Was it not bad enough that I wrote a review of ‘The Devil Wears Prada’ after being invited to see it at its local premiere – a review well-worth reading ( hint, hint ). Well potential purchasers of this phone can be assured that my reason for getting a Prada has nothing ( very much ) to do with male chavism, brand besottedness, or petty attention seeking. I’ve never been all that fussed when it comes to mobile phones really. As long as it’s presentable, has internet access and isn’t the size of a brick, then I generally don’t mind what make it is. Over the years, I’ve tried Nokia, Motorola, Samsung, Sendo, an O2x4 and, most recently, a Sony Ericcson. Generally these have been rush purchases made when I’ve lost or broke the previous one and have wanted a new one in a hurry. Not that I'm bragging now, (as if) but part of my job involves me interacting and entertaining celebrities, in fact pandering to their every whim. To have that keep up with the Jones' status they issued me with the LG Prada phone, a new ultra groovy slim line phone. I was a little reluctant to engage in the use of this phone, the combination of this dainty phone and my thumping fingers does not bode well for the survival of this phone. One of the striking aspect of this phone is the fact that it is designed by Prada, one of the best designer of all. I didn't get this phone when it came out since it was too expensive and still it is a bit expensive. I have managed to get this phone at the price of 160 Pounds which i thought it was reasonable. First, when i bought and received the phone, i really liked the box which came with it. A black cube box with the word Prada on top of it. It was truely one of LG's orginal idea (It also did with the LG Chocolate) and i thought the box was very relevant to the phone as being sexy, haha ... more
