A recent upgrade with very little choice lead me to choose the LG Shine. At first I wasn't sure about the phone and contemplated Ebaying it and continuing with my previous phone. however after a while of playing and using the phone i found it to be a great phone.
easy to use, good looking and packed with features. As soon as you pick up the phone you can feel the quality of the brushed aliminium that makes up the back and the keyboard of the phone. When you delve a little deeper you notice the vast range of features that LG has incorporated, a 2 Mpixel camera is more than sufficient for a camera phone, a built in MP3 player which although there is only a small internal memory is easily expandable. The option to use MP3 files is a big step for mobile phones recently and one that LG has used, what better way to identify yourself than by using your favourite song for your ringtone!?
My only problem with the Shine is the scroll wheel. Although a stylish and easy to use navigation feature, i have found it to be a little sensitive at times which can hamper productivity when you are in a hurry,
Overall though, good quality phone and available for free on many networks, highly recommended!
