Overall I have found this phone to be of a very good quality and to exceed my expectations, there are a few minor problems but honestly they don't make much difference:
LOOKS and FEEL
The phone looks superb; it has a shiny black style body with a silver finish. The number buttons glow in the dark and the heat-sensitive buttons below the screen have a red effect when on. Overall this is the best looking phone I have seen, the slider on it works well (unlike some phones) and I don’t experience any problems with the heat buttons.
The screen and touch pad do pick up finger marks quite a lot, however LG have cleverly included a little pad thing that attaches to the phone that can be used to clean the phone very well. The phone also comes in a velvet pouch; this protects the phone from scratches and also looks good.
EXTRAS
The phone has a currency converter and size/weight (etc.) converter in the tools. This works well and can be very useful for converting items. There is also a calculator and an alarm clock (although, unlike some other phones, the phone needs to be switched on for the alarm to work). There is a world time function which is useful when travelling or calling people in other countries.
There is also an organiser function on the phone and a memo function, they are quite useful too.

The camera is just over 1 mega pixels, it is quite good for a phone camera but isn't anything special, it has a light on too but this isn’t as useful as a flash as it just lights up a small area for a long time. The video recorder is good and so is the voice recorder but I don't use them much so can't comment much.
I find that the sound quality with the MP3 player is very good, however there is only 128mb of internal space and no option to add external memory (such as a memory card) onto the phone, this could be annoying if you use your phone for an MP3 player but it is very good to store a few songs on.
The ringtones already set on the phone are good, there are quite alot and a good variety, and for example there are James-bond-style ringtones. However the text tones disappoint me, there are only 4 tones for the text and there is no option to use other tones.
I haven’t used the Internet on the phone so can't really comment on it
The game that is provided with the phone is also quite poor, its just a simple suduko game.
PHONING
The sound quality and signal reception when phoning is excellent, I never experience problems and the only downside is the fact that there is no loudspeaker when calling.
The phone has a good battery life and lasts quite a long time, nothing special but not bad.
OVERALL
I have had my phone a few months now and it shows very little sign of wear and tear, the phone lasts well and the battery hasn't deteriorated over time. Overall I highly recommend this phone!
