At first I didn't know how to take this phone. I have recently just had an LG Viewty KU990, which I loved, but when someone stood on my screen and it broke, I needed a new one, luckily an upgrade was in order. BIG SMILES all around for me yesterday when I decided to go for this phone.
Firstly I love the style of this phone, I chose to have it in pink, because I am a girl but they also do a sliver one which in my oppinion is very smart, slim and easy to handle.
One of the things I don't like on the phone is that it is quite hard to text. The (C) button to cancel words, is part of the touch screen instead of being on the bottom of the phone which in my oppinion is harder but as I use the phone I am sure I will get used to it.
I have fake nails on and I find it very hard to use the touch screen and have to just use one finger to touch the screen which makes it harder for me to type quickly. Again something i am hoping to get used to.
This phone has basically everything a computer has, DivX converter so you can watch movies on it which I find brilliant, it has a media centre which you can listen to music, a digital FM radio which can I say sounds brilliant you can tell it's digital and it sounds so modern. You can even connect to your local WIFI which means you can use the internet wherever you can recieve a connection which i think is absolutly amazing.
To use DivX you need to register on http://vod.divx.com which will also register you for technical support.
Obviously the phone has it's basics like photo gallery and music but the design of the ARENA is brilliant. I love that things are 3D. Sometimes I am astounded by the technology which is coming out at the moment, because it is so good, and they make it easy to use.
one of its features is that if you tilt it to one side the picture or screen you are on it automatically changes so you see whatever is on the screen sideways.
The camera on the phone is 5 Mega pixels, The highes LG megapixel phone is an 8 Mega Pixel, but I would say a five is as good as any, I used my old LG Viewty on nights out and I could see all of the pictures I took clearly. The camera and video camera both have an editing suite on them so you can make movies or crop and edit images to you own specification.
This LG phone also has 3 games free with it's new M-Toy device. This is a motioned sensor for the games and also helps to turn the screen like mentioned before. The one game I have tried is the darts game, I can't quite get to grips with how it works fully but I am slowly but surley getting there and the manual has everything you need to know to explain how to use it.
If you buy the phone from the shop or through a contract provider it should come with the following

The PC Suite that comes with the disk, can also have updates if you go to http://update.lgmobile.com and that should give you the latest update of the pc suite and anything else that will assist your phone and your computer.
5-megapixel camera Bluetooth® MP3 player camera document viewer EDGE email FM radio GPRS GPS HSDPA music player QWERTY keypad speakerphone touch screen video recorder WiFi wap Multi-screen tasking.
Overall a really good phone, hence the ten out of ten for me, I love LG and have since my viewty, but this is even better.
