Good all rounder, smart and stylish and value for money

I did some extensive research on pay as you go Mobiles before I purchased this phone and have been very satisfied with the product. Amazon offered the cheapest price at £72 beating Orange's offer by £5.
The phone came with £10 free talk time, car and home charger, USB connection lead ( to down load photos which you can do through blue tooth as well), cabled hands free kit which you also use the headphones for the MP3 player.
Sound quality is good but a little worse when using the hands free. I have found the reception to be excellent and am very rarely out of signal. One negative point however is it takes what feels like an eternity to turn on to the home screen.
The QWERTY keyboard is a particularly nice feature for texting and emailing, although the system for using capitals and symbols is a little odd at times. The touch screen dialling is handy, but it would benefit from being able to send those quick texts without having to pull the keyboard out every time.
It is a smart, stylish modern phone and the pink model that I have is feminine enough, but not embarrassing! It is a good size having a large screen for touch dialling but not too small over all to lose easily.
However, it has taken me some time to work out all the features even with the manual as they do not seem to flow from one to another easily. Internet access is good and easy to use (access to orange world to download music and ring tones) and it also is an MP3 player with very good sound quality.
It has a 3.2 mega pixel camera that takes very reasonable photos but the memory only stores a few at a time so you have to keep deleting or downloading them if you want to keep them. However there is the option of using a micro SD memory card to store more photos but one is not provided.
The phone stores 200 + saved messages and the same outgoing messages but deleting them all at the same time was not very straight forward and took a couple of Minutes. A nice touch is being able to see the contents of the message scroll past in your inbox.
It has lots of handy extras such as memo functions and voice recording. The call history will record the call length and cost of all your calls. It has a stopwatch, unit converter and world clock.
I cannot really comment on durability as I have not had it long, but I have dropped it a few times already and my children have played with it and it is none the worse for wear.
In conclusion I have been very happy with this purchase and believe it to be good value for money and a good middle range phone for general all round use. It has suited my needs well and I like the little extras it comes with.
Advantages: Keyboard, very attractive Disadvantages: Touch screen on phone dialling only is a little random
I'm not going to lie, there is one very simple reason I went with this phone. It was free, and was the only free phone that wasn't touch screen. (I don't get on with touch screen and have no intention of ever going back!) Therefore the poor phone wasn't off to a great start with me - but that changed the moment I took it out of the box. This is a very cute phone. It comes in very fashionable colours - Personally I went with the blue, it's a really ... ...when you look at it normally, and when you slide the keyboard out it's just as attractive. This phone actually looks a lot more expensive than it actually is, and the colour choices stop you from feeling like a bit of a businessman for having a keyboard phone! The keyboard itself is very well made. On the in-store one I tried out it looked quite tacky and I was convinced I would break it if I typed too hard or something random like that. I'm not ...

...to have only affected o2 LG KS360 phones as people on other networks havent had the same phone call problems and switching off from what I can tell when i've read issues on forums about the phone call issues. What made me buy this product was the qwerty keyboard because I know the qwerty keyboard with my eyes shut as I'm always typing up on my laptop so by getting a phone with the same keyboard as my laptop it made texting a lot quicker and at first ... ...When I first got my phone everyone commented on how "Bizarre" it was, maybe because at the time qwerty keyboards for phones were pretty rare, but now its no big deal more and more phones have qwerty keyboards including the new google phone. This phone has touch screen but only when you call people, which I find a bit bizarre you may as well just use the numbers on the keyboard, I think the touch screen function is stupid especially when you have ...

Advantages: Doesn't lose info on screen when you shut the phone, and looks more expensive than it is Disadvantages: Everything else - the most annoying piece of equipment I've ever owned
...Well sadly, for me, the LG KS360 falls miserably at this first hurdle. I used to send 50+ messages a day. Now I keep it down to the absolute essentials, and my texting is now at a rate of about 0-3 proper messages per day. When I hear my text tone go, it fills me with dread that I'm going to have to sit at this ungracious piece of equipment and go through the trauma of ... sending a text. My facebook usage, however, has gone through the roof - I ... ...on the internet, sign into facebook and write a message on there in a fraction of the time it takes me to write and send a text. Then I will often just send a simple one word text saying 'facebook' - by now, my friends understand. This phone is advertised as a texters dream. Well if you've been used to predictive text, don't even consider buying this phone. I bought this under the impression that it would be as easy to use as a computer. Not the ...

Advantages: Cheap/Looks good/Easy to text Disadvantages: Never any reception/Freezes alot/Turns off all the time!
Right... I had this phone for around only 3 months before it started playing up. First of all it started to turn off (around the 2nd month) then it started to freeze up nearly everytime i want to do something on my phone like sent a text or even make a phone call! now on top of all that bad luck the reception keeps going on it...This has been happening every night without fail and im sure its not 02 reception being down as all my family are on 02 ... ...phone is its cheap for a slide phone and in my personal point of view i think its a beautiful looking phone. The keypad is like that of a laptop/computer so its very easy it just feels like your typing..The internal memory cant hold very much but that doesn't really bother me because i bought a 2gb memory card which is great! and very cheap! I love the menu on it and its very easy to use.. When someone texts you rather than it going separately it ...

Manufacturer's product description
Fairly unremarkable looking phone at first glance, the LG KS360 looks like a pretty standard slider phone when you first see it. But the most unique of this phone is its QWERTY keyboard instead of dial pad. The display of LG KS360 is a 2.4 inch one with 240 x 320 pixels TFT QVGA touch screen and 262K colors. Although it's not a touchscreen in the full meaning of the word, it features touch-enabled dialing, which is pretty cool. One of the most attractive features of this phone is the KS360 can automatically swivel itself by 90 degrees.
