The product I am reviewing is the "LG KS360" This product is usually around £88 to purchase but with the quality of the phone I think its worth less then half this price. I have purchased this phone once but had it replaced twice but each replacement has occured the same problem.
I've listed near the end of my review reasons for and against buying this product if you can't be bothered reading the whole review just take a look and you'll see it's mainly me slatting the phone off, also an important point ive made at the end which I will mention again here is that I bought this phone from o2 so the issues I have risen in this review seem to have only affected o2 LG KS360 phones as people on other networks havent had the same phone call problems and switching off from what I can tell when i've read issues on forums about the phone
call issues.
What made me buy this product was the qwerty keyboard because I know the qwerty keyboard with my eyes shut as I'm always typing up on my laptop so by getting a phone with the same keyboard as my laptop it made texting a lot quicker and at first I LOVED to text my friends on it.
When I first got my phone everyone commented on how "Bizarre" it was, maybe because at the time qwerty keyboards for phones were pretty rare, but now its no big deal more and more phones have qwerty keyboards including the new google phone.
This phone has touch screen but only when you call people, which I find a bit bizarre you may as well just use the numbers on the keyboard, I think the touch screen function is stupid especially when you have to press a button to get it to work. Most phones now you can just use touch screen and not have to press a button to get it to work.
The keyboard slides in and out of the phone when you need it, this is a useful function as if it didnt draw back into the phone it would take up a lot more room in my bag and it definitely wouldn't fit into my trouser pocket!
You can store and listen to music with 15MB of internal memory and theres a microSD memory card slot enhancing the media player on your mobile phone, I recommend getting a microSD memory card if you do want to use the phone as an MP3 because 15MB will easily fill up.
This phone has a built in FM radio so if you don't like listening to music then at least you have the radio to listen to.
Camera The camera on this phone is probably the worst camera I have ever used in my life. I've had a lower mega pixel camera phone then this which I think was 1.3 but at least it had a flash! This camera doesn't even have a flash when you upload pictures from it it looks awful. The camera is 2 mega pixels, and I've had sony ericsson phones that were 2.0 megapixels and the quality was a million times better!
REASONS YOU SHOULD NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT - 1. IT TURNS OFF ON ITS OWN DURING CALLS. 2. IT TURNS OFF ON ITS OWN WHEN IM NOT USING THE PHONE. 3. WHEN I RING PEOPLE IT TAKES UP TO 30 SECONDS SOMETIMES TO HEAR THE OTHER PERSON DOWN THE PHONE. 4. I HAVE HAD THIS PHONE SWOPPED TWICE BY O2 STORE BECAUSE OF THIS AND NOW ITS IN O2 STORE WHERE THEY CLAIM ITS BEEN REPAIRED I HIGHLY DOUBT IT SOME HOW. 5. CAMERA IF AWFUL 6. TOUCH SCREEN YOU HAVE TO PRESS A BUTTON
REASONS TO BUY THE PHONE. 1. THIS PHONE LETS YOU CHANGE THE FONT STYLES AND SIZES. 2. QWERTY KEYBOARD MEANING REALLY FAST TEXTS
In conclusion, This phone is very poor quality and I really dont recommend you buying it from the o2 stores as I admit none of my friends who have this phone have had problems with phone calls from the orange network and so on but my friends who are on o2 have and its been mentioned several times on forums with people bringing up the same issue.
This phone is ok for someone who just wants a really basic phone, no good functions except the keyboard and the font styles so I recommend this phone for either the younger market (ages 10-12) and the older market about 60+ who want a simple straight forward phone but like I said please dont get this on o2 I dont want you going through same problems as me nipping into the o2 store and sending emails about the phone every 5 minutes its no fun!

I had a fairly basic LG phone when I was abroad, and although it did its job most of the time, it definitely wasn't the best phone I've had and I wouldn't buy an LG again. Great review x

Advantages: Doesn't lose info on screen when you shut the phone, and looks more expensive than it is Disadvantages: Everything else - the most annoying piece of equipment I've ever owned
