LG KS360 Mobile Phone

THE PRODUCT:
Well, this phone is a slide phone, with a qwerty keypad, and the ability to have touch-screen dialling.
The size of this phone is slightly larger than other types of phone, but is about the same size as phones in a similar style.
Although bigger than my previous mobile phones, I felt that this phone was a good size - It fit in my pockets.
The main selling point of this phone is the qwerty keypad.
It was one of the first phones on the market with a qwerty keypad, and for that reason it was advertised as being good for texting.

In the box I got the handset, battery, charger, headset, and computer software cd.

I bought this phone, from Carphone Warehouse, so £59.99, plus a £10 top up which is compulsory.

FEATURES:
In terms of features, this phone is fairly basic.
It has the ability to make calls, send text messages, access the internet, play music, take pictures, record video and some simple games.

To make calls, you can dial using the touch screen or the keypad.

For me, the best feature was texting.
I love texting anyway, but using this phone made texting so much more fun.
In fact, I may have this phone to blame for my texting addiction.
The qwerty keypad allows you to text faster, and you can send the same text to a list of 20 recipients at the same time.

The internet is a very good feature of the phone, it is of really good quality.

I didn't really use the music player that much but when I did, I found the sound quality was decent.

The camera is 2.0 megapixels, so the pictures and video aren't of amazing quality, but they still look good.

When I got the phone there were 3 pre-set demo games on there.
I didn't play the games much, but the quality on the screen was quite good.

PERFORMANCE:
After about 3 weeks, I started having problems with the phone.
It would freeze or turn off.
At first this was only happening every few weeks, but after having the phone for 4 months it was turning off every time I sent a message.

The phone has internal memory of 60MB (I think) so it would be worthwhile getting an external memory card.
Even if you don't need the extra memory, I found that my phone performed better when there was a memory card in it, than when there wasn't.

The battery life of this phone was okay.
I use my phone for most of the day, and my battery would last about 36 hours.
So if you don't use your phone a lot, I think the battery would last maybe 2 or 3 days.

Another thing about this phone is that it is so easy to get used to.

PROS:
Texting is fun, it's easy to use, it looks good, and its cheaper than most other phones on the market

CONS:
It isn't going to last long, it's probably not worth the money, I think.

OVERALL
This phone, in my opinion, is good for young people who don't use their phone that much.
It's got a young and fun look about it, but it's not going to last, and if I had known that I would have to get rid of it after 5 months I definitely wouldn't have bought it.
