I got one of these last may in PC World to go with a Compaq tower unit. It cost me £229 and I think it was a great investment. My son plays computer games on it perfectly happily (Rayman 3, Age of Mythology, Rise of nations etc) and has never complained about the picture. I couldn't comment on how it would perform with any more complex games than these - but they look pretty complicated to me! It definitely runs video clips and so on with no problem at all. I would happily watch a full-length film on it if I needed to.

I do alot of digital photography and often run slideshows for friends on this screen - and everyone always comments on what a nice screen it is and how good the pictures look. I also stare at it all day as I am a copywriter - so I'm sure I would notice if it was any less than a perfect picture!

Another reviewer commented that it did not look very good. I would disagree. It's no prettier or uglier than any other flat screen on the market but it blends in well with my other equipment on the desk and takes up hardly any space at all - which is always the good thing about these flat screens in comparison to traditional monitors!

I would highly recommend it for the price - I really don't see the point in spending more.
