I have owned the Flatron L1510S for 3 years, and have had no problems whatsoever. When we first got it, we were shocked at how nice it was to look at in comparison to our older monitor - no strain at all on the eyes, due to its flat screen. However, this has now been a bit taken for granted!
Another pro about this monitor (and indeed, most compact flatscreen monitors) is its lack of space needed. In our household this usually means more clutter around the computer, but it is less than 20 cm deep, meaning your computer could take up little more room than a laptop, granting the space under the table for the minitower.
The monitor is adjustable vertically, so you can look at the screen at pretty much whatever angle is acceptable to you. However, there is no height adjustment, nor horizontal swivel; though the monitor is so light and small, it is really no trouble to turn the monitor, stand and all.
The menu on the monitor is easy to navigate and controls the colour, tracking, position, brightness, contrast and general setup. However, I have never needed to change anything about the monitor - perhaps if you account difficulties or are incredibly pinickety you might, but this is unlikely. Indeed, the first time I used these buttons was to test out how easy the menu was to navigate for this review!
The L1510S is framed in silver mounted on a grey stand - but does not generate the 'office vibe' that one might associate with those colours - it looks quite stylish!
The monitor is 15in, which for me is large enough, and feels a similar size to a 17in non-flatscreen. However, serious gamers or people who use their computer to watch DVDs may be disappointed in the size. The comparatively small size is reflected in the price ; you can get this really excellent monitor for under £60 on a site like ebay.
