This is a very easy maching to use and recording both onto the hard drive and onto disc are made very simple and straight forward even for the non techy like me. Did have a problem with it recently where it would not play back but as soon as I rang LG they sent a replacement without any hassle by courier in two days. Brilliant service. ...
