A slightly heavy phone in comparison to a lot of other makes out there. ...As some of you know I signed up to 3 in september & wasn't overly impressed with the LgU8120 phones both my husband I had. Well now I am doubly unimpressed with the customer service, the signal & the phone. All calls except repairs are routed abroad. The limitations on the staff are great & unless you only want to learn your d.o.b or postcode off by heart then I wouldn't bother phoning. Try emailing instead. Already we have been without service for about 4 days due to calls dropping everytime someone tried to ring. The signal unless you are in a city is abysmal & you have great trouble accessing the internet or even just your 3 account on your phone. We were told of the end of a trial period of free emailing & video calling before we were told there was free period!! After 3 months both phones have packed in. Tonight I have spent... Read review

It's called 3G and means 'third generation' which basically means it uses mostly video technology. For example all the entertainment on 3 is video based. This means that you are also able to make video calls so you can see the person you are phoning.
