I was impressed that it made me feel fuller and stopped my grazing and hunger pangs, especially between breakfast and lunch when normally I'm famished by 11am. At £12-£15 for 60 tablets at 3-4 tablets a day it's only just over 2 weeks worth, and I certainly wouldn't take these all the time (as they are supposedly safe to take long term). If they were sold at the price of vitamins and just called appetite supressors they would make a bomb. As a fat binder I don't really know. I lost an extra 2-3 pounds a month for 2 months I reckon and thats all I needed really. I feel great and I'm half a stone lighter at 8 1/2 stone with the extra boost. I "caught" up with myself and with eating less I burnt extra calories during exercise. If you are over-weight or looking for dramatic results I wouldn't recommend. Try Alli instead. I tried these to supplement a healthy eating and exercise regime, as I was curious to see what effect they had. In short, the weight loss during the month where I used these was no different to the months where I did not take them. In ALL cases, I exercised regularly and ate well (in other words, I did not starve myself). I am losing weight at the same rate without the tablets and would recommend anyone hoping for a miracle pill, that this is not ... ...calorie intake (around 1500-1700 a day) and make sure you perform 45m-1 hour of exercise. The money you waste on these tabs would be better spent on improving the quality of your diet (more fresh food), and in the long run the purchase of exercise / gym equipment, or gym membership. ...I decided on Lipobind as I had seen the TV adverts and then found it on amazon and thought that since when I bought it, it only cost £10 that wasn't too much to lose if it didn't work. Now the basic idea behind the tablets are that you take them after you have eaten and they bind the fat which then gets poo'd out- NICE! Hi,
I tried this product and am v.unhappy. Also it has given me is, a stomach digestive problem and made me feel more bloated. I didnt take it for a few days because i went on holiday and i my stomach was sooo bloated, i was bigger then before.
i do not recommend this product and because it was quite expensive i thought it would actually work.

I bought lipobind after a friend told me about it. It claim that it cuts your cravings and binds the fat content in your stomach after your meal so that it is not absorbed by the system. I found out after a couple of days that this is exactly the same product that i bought about a year ago and was called Proactol. Same claims, same type of tablet, same packaging. You cannot actually prove that it binds fat and the cravings are still there. As for ... ...months of taking the tablets and a considerable dent in your wallet. At £20 a box these little pills don't go cheap and after a meal hih in fat you'll have to down 3 or 4 in one go. For a mere £7.10 you can get your doctor to prescribe Xenical, much more effective. ...
