REFURBISHED STORE IN TAUNTON

Advantages: NONE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BUY A TV.
Disadvantages: I HAVE A TV THANK YOU, I WANT GROCERIES.

I HAVE SHOPPED AT THE TAUNTON TOWN CENTRE BRANCH OF SAINSBURYS SINCE THEY FIRST OPENED THEIR FIRST SUPERMARKET IN NTHE TOWN. RECENTLY THEY REFURBISHED THE STORE IN TAUNTON AND WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT IT IS. THE RANGE OF HOUSEHOLD GOODS HAS INCREASED BUT THE CHOICE OF FRESH FRUIT(NO MORE BASICS APPLES, NO CHOICE OF GRAPEFRUIT LESS CHOICE OF MANY OTHER FRUIT AND VEG ITEMS) LESS FREEZER SPACE(NO MORE FROZEN CHICKENS) AND THE LAY OUT IS RIDICULOUS. everyones seen the adverts saying asda is the cheapest supermarket, i agree it is. but the food also reflects this and the high wycombe branch is no exception. The food produce (asda branded) is awful. the meat may contain meat, who knows. you have to buy the brands you trust there. now, they do have some decent offers sometimes, dont get me wrong. the high wycombe branch is quite possibly one of the worst about. ...The overall feel of asda is tacky. theres a horrible radio station (asdas own i think) playing all the time with annoying jingles. this combined with kids banging into you and screaming is horrible. Cheapest LPG supplier in Yorkshire

Advantages: very Cheap,extremly friendly and polite,very helpfull,always have product in stock.
Disadvantages: None

Since I bought my ford f150 I have always filled up my car at this petrol station, this is because they are always 5p cheaper then the rest, if you don't believe me then ask any taxi driver Who runs on LPG. Brand new mini-supermarket

Advantages: Local, wide range of foods/products - very handy as they are 24 hours
Disadvantages: Occasional queues

Whitehouse services is our local petrol station and is the only one I ever use (most mornings on my way to work for newspaper & coffee) They sell LPG so ideal for my little car. It's now our local supermarket as it has just been turned into a Budgens store. There are other supermarkets in Okehampton but there's no point fighting through the traffic to get to them anymore.
