This means that a DVD+R or DVD+RW disc recorded in a DVD+R/+RW video recorder can be played in virtually all DVD-Video players or DVD-ROM equiped PCs, and that any DVD+R or DVD+RW disc recorded with data on a PC DVD+R/+RW drive can be read by most DVD-ROM drives. DVD-RAM uses a totally different kind of physical recording method, which is absolutely incompatible with DVD (hence, it can hardly be called 'DVD'). Advantages: almost identical to the PS2 controller , cheap,weight,durability
Disadvantages: drivers

...a little more time to recognize that you have pressed button 7(PS2 "R1") due to extreme PES usage. a not so important problem but still worthy of reporting is the analogs, since day one they never worked 100% either on windows generic drivers or Logic3 drivers looks like an hardware failure because it was the identical error on the 2 controllers and it happend on every computer that i tested. the problem is that it doesnt reach the upper right corner altought you are pushing it in the controller. PS: just a curiosity that im sure someone will try PS2 USB ports dont recognize PC USB controllers just USB PENs like in Grand Turismo i have tryed with this controller and it didnt recognized :( .. just exposing the mith.... Advantages: Cheaper? apart from that, none over the standard PS2 pad
Disadvantages: Bulky, almost painful to hold, d-pad is the worst ever, etc

...Think of "New Coke" from the 1980's. Why was it such a disaster? Because "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" A simple expression that even Cogsworth from Disney's "Beauty and the Beast" uses the line. Why didn't the creators of this Logic 3 pad realize that? By beefing the size up, the pad is no longer practical for people with smaller hands. By trying to make it feel like the Xbox controller, they've lost all sense of ergonomics. Now the Xbox Controller S I could (sort of ) handle. It wasn't far to fat in the wrong places. This controller though, seems to be trying it's hardest to be the wrong shape. I just couldn't get to grips with it. (pun intended) The controller than tries to be bad when you try to play any game that is approaching demanding (SSX, Tony Hawk's) by having the most awful analog sticks. It's hard to describe...
