I ordered 2 coats a black and a khaki but found a better disc code and so reordered with the intention of returning one. ...it sent home whilst I'm at uni. As I'm travelling 2moro my mum would have to do next day delivery to my address. When the items arrived the courier took the more expensive set. My mum rang me to ask if i knew the coat was a size 12 (I ordered 18). Customer service was extremely unsympathetic. Avoid Littlewoods and all their catalogue companies - I am currently in dispute with Littlewoods/Kays catalogue over their stupid payment system. They want paying 13 times per year/every 28 days - this means that for most of us who get paid 12 times a year find ourselves paying twice in one month several times. The response to a request for a change was met with rudeness and indifference and a threat to put a flag on my credit file. They are now a finance company and that is it. Avoid if you can.

Used this company twice first item broke second item waited a month delivered wrong item then could'nt deliver original item as it was out of stock. Please be aware this company is so disorganised and badly run that if you order from them expect lengthy delays and frustration steer well clear Im writing from experience.

terrible customer service!! do think twice before you shop!! they lost the items that i ordered and made some charges on my card. no matter how many times i complained to them, they always relied with the same answer.. "The carrier confirmed all other goods were left in your front porch on 26.09.07. Please let me know if these goods have not been received. I apologise for any inconvenience caused. " it seems like that didn't bother to read my mail at all !

OMG! I've just read a review from someone who was having trouble with a bed...... Last year we decided to order a new bed from lxdirect.com, we ordered it at the beginning of January (around the 3rd) and eventually finished having trouble in June!!!! The bed didn't arrive so I kept ringing them, it was delivered in February so I just thanked the blokes for bringing it eventually & laughed with relief at the fact that I no longer needed to sleep ...
...My partner was working so I had to leave it all in the hallway until he got home & moved it for me, when I looked at it later in the afternoon I noticed the 'king size' bed we'd ordered was actually a king size base & a double matress.......... rang AGAIN....... .....arranged a returns collection & this time I was told they were sorry & a replacement would be with me within 21 days! 21 days!
