I've never written a review b4 but after my experience i had to. I've bought many items online b4 and this was the first time i used lwd. I've never experienced such bad customer service in my life. I ordered 2 coats a black and a khaki but found a better disc code and so reordered with the intention of returning one. I should also point o ut that their website doesn't make it clear until too late that there's only one address on the account (usually you get billing and shipping). So i had to have it sent home whilst I'm at uni. As I'm travelling 2moro my mum would have to do next day delivery to my address. When the items arrived the courier took the more expensive set. My mum rang me to ask if i knew the coat was a size 12 (I ordered 18). Customer service was extremely unsympathetic. I was told that some people return clothes in the wrong packaging and my mum should have checked the size before she sent it back! Surely they're the ones who should check sizes before sending it out to customers! She said that she would reorder for me but I'm travelling 2moro. She said she couldn't do anything. She then put me through to someone higher. The service was equally as bad. There was no offer of compensation. He did say that he could have it sent out 2moro with free delivery. But I'll be at the airport! He also said there is no way they can change the address (I could have it delivered to my friends house in London who i am travelling with). He was pushing me for an answer and i was getting more and more distressed. Finally he said he'll take my number and get the manager to call me 'as soon as possible' coming from littlewoods that seems like a joke. Awful customer service, Awful logistics (apparently the couriers have no phones in the cabs! yeah right). I will NEVER place an order with them again and I am going to warn all those I know not to do it either. This is a disgrace to internet shopping when so many other companies manage so well.
