Also, being on the wrong side of 50, I hoped it would help with the appearance of my wrinkles and fine lines. I really want to look 20 years younger but short of cosmetic surgery I don't think there's a cat in Hells chance of that! But I live in eternal hope!
** What The Blurb Says** The Ultralift range has been specially designed for skin that is showing signs of ageing, suffered loss of skin elasticity and firmness. Using natural ingrediants, including 10 times more concentrated ginger than before, helps to decrease deep wrinkles and and firm the skin.
As you can see from the picture this cream comes in a red glass pot with a white domed screw off lid. The cream itself is white and of a thick consistency which spreads easily over the skin. It is lightly fragranced and whilst I can't put my finger on what it smells like it is very pleasent.
** Directions for Use** Warm up a small amount of cream between your hands and apply to thoroughly cleansed skin in light upwards circular movements. Massage stimulates the skins micro circulation and improves the appearance.
I use this every morning after cleansing and toning and find a couple of pea sized blobs is generally ample to cover my whole face. On application I can feel it tightening the skin especially around the cheekbone area and the laughter lines from the sides of my nose down to the corners of my mouth. The forehead feels more taut as well but not in a way which makes me feel I am wearing a mask just firmer and more toned. This effect can be felt for some time and is in no way uncomfortable.
** So does it Work?** Well yes and no! I don't look 20 years younger but I do feel when I am wearing it that my skin feels and looks more toned. The wrinkles and fine lines are still there but not quite so prominent as they are without wearing the cream. My skin absorbs the cream quickly and feels moisturised and soft without any tackiness to the touch. . So all in all I would say it is a very good moisturing face cream which does help with skin tone and elasticity but not a miracle cream that will make all your lines disappear like magic.
** Other Items in the Range** Ultralift Intensive Daycream Daycream with SPF15 Night Cream Eye Cream Firming Mask
I bought my 50ml pot from Superdrug for £7.99 but it can be found on offer regularly. Feelunique ( formerly Island Cosmetics) retail it for £6.99 inclusive of delivery and it can also be found in most good supermarkets and chemists.
So in conclusion a good moisturiser at a reasonable price that will help with the look of wrinkles , fine lines and skin tone but won't knock 20 years off your age!
...the one on special offer. Garnier Synergie Wrinkle Lift A that should do the trick and shoved reluctant son towards the checkout.
He duly parted with £5.99 and thrust the bag into my hand like it was infected.
I have to be careful what I use on my skin, as I am allergic to many facial products so I was glad to see that this was hypo-allergenic and according to the box would “deliver Vitamin A and Gatuline to my skin”. It also boasts ... ...The jar itself is easy to hold and more to the point an easy removable lid essential for us “geris”.
The cream is white with a light fragrance and it seemed hard to believe this little jar of cream was going to smooth out my fine lines and according to them this was all going to happen within fourteen days.
After a quick cleanses I was ready to apply the miracle cream. I did as I was told and massaged it gently in a circular motion ...

Advantages: It Works!! Disadvantages: None that I've found yet.
Garnier Skin Naturals UltraLift Anti-wrinkle firming day cream. I did not buy this with the intention to review it. But the results were so good; I thought I would like to share my experience with you. I have a few small wrinkles on my forehead and of course round my eyes. Well at the beginning of the year I noticed my first proper wrinkle it was above my mouth, vertical and instantly deep looking. Every time I looked in the mirror I could see it. ... ...being vain. Garnier UltraLift Anti-wrinkle day firming cream SPF 15, I don’t usually buy this brand of anti-wrinkle cream as I had tried it several years ago and I didn’t see any results, and it did not absorb well into my skin. Until last week when shopping in Boots for my usual anti-wrinkle cream I noticed the Garnier UltraLift was on special offer and as there was a NEW on the front of the box I thought I would buy it with my points to try it ...

...as you can see, is Garnier Synergie Lift. I have to admit, the only reason I really wanted this product was because I’d seen the adverts on tv and really liked the look of the jar. Not a very good reason to buy it, I know, but even so, I went down to Superdrug and bought it. It was quite easy to spot on the shelves, mainly because they had a tester jar on a little stand at the edge of the shelf, but also because the design of the box is easily recognisable.
... ...fairly large writing, and the Garnier Synergie logo. Underneath this, in smaller, but still clear writing, are the words, ‘Daily Firming Cream’, and some brief detail about the product. On each of the other sides of the box is more information about the product, what it does and how it works, in a lot more detail than on the front. On the top of the box is the Garnier Synergie logo, and on the bottom, a list of ingredients.
The jar itself is red ...

Advantages: Smells gorgeous Disadvantages: Bit pricey
...to choose from but the Garnier Synergie Wrinkle Lift A was one of the cheapest so in the basket it went.
**PACKAGING**
White glass jar with green rimmed lid - quite an expensive looking container - but will it do the job?
**SMELL**
Gorgeous - fruity, herbally and perfumey all rolled into one - very difficult to put an exact smell to it - very refreshing and clean smelling.
""TEXTURE**
Extremely rich and silky smooth to the touch - a very creamy ... ...smooth on the skin.
Easily absorbed and not at all greasy - just leaves the skin moisturised and exceptionally smooth.
**TO USE**
USE WHEREVER POSSIBLE - I took this to mean that wherever you have a wrinkle you can use this cream - Face, Neck, Hands in fact any part of the body - only problem with that is that you could go through a complete pot in week - so I just concentrated on the face.
Rub a small amount in circular motions onto a thoroughtly ...

Advantages: Improves skin condition Disadvantages: Trying to hide it in the bathroom
...there was an advert for Garnier Lift on the TV. Sad as it is to admit, I was persuaded to try this cream because it came in a red glass jar with a white lid and it contained cherries. It appealed to me and didn't look like a serious anti wrinkle cream.
I'm glad now that I did try it. Garnier claim a 23% improvement in firmness and elasticity in 2 weeks and a 24% reduction in the appearance of wrinkles after 4 weeks. I certainly noticed that within ... ...of warm, soft, creamy smell. Garnier Lift is dermatologically tested.
