I barely ever put on mascara because I'm too worried that they might become brittle and thin and start falling off! But it was just the other day that I decided it was time I got a little lashed up. So I was out to get mascara and wanted the best ever!!! No matter what the price was!!! I wanted one that would really work-so I won't be harming my lashes for no damn reason!!! As I was in Oxford Street my mum recommended I buy one from john Lewis, one of their rich and fancy Chanel or YSL mascaras but I thought they wouldn't do much difference (I think that the only reason people buy it is because they think just because they're fancy and all upper class that they would work properly- I don't think so!!!) So instead I went to boots and went to the L'Oreal section, where a lady who works there saw me looking through a shelf and placed on it was this mascara and also
L'Oreal Paris Volume Shocking Double Mascara, which are both quite similar mascaras. So I asked for her advice and she told me that the L'Oreal Paris Volume ShockingDouble Mascara was shaped as a comb so it would make your lashes bulky and stuck together (which also looks drop-dead-gorgeous, I'm not saying that they won't look good that way because they will!!!) but whereas this mascara wasn't a comb it was shaped just like a normal brush which would make the lashes not attached together and apart from one another, so the choice was up to me- jammed together lashes or spaced out lashes. There were pictures showing as samples so I personally thought that this mascara was the one!!!! And that it would make my lashes look stunning. So I got it!!!
Time for the truth!!!
Now I was dying to see if it was all true and that what the lady had said wasn't a pack of lies just to get me to buy it!!! But as soon as I opened the lid and scraped it onto my lashes I couldn't instantly realise the difference from the first stroke-I couldn't believe my eyes I hadn't even completed lashing out and already I realised that one of my eye's lashes was a heck longer than the other!!! When I completely finished using the first step my lashes were completely distant from one another which looked terrific and they were EXTREMELY long!!!! On the second step it gave my lashes a deep colour of blackness which made my lashes look thick and it also added more length to them, not that it wasn't long enough already!!!
My reaction!!!
WoOow…I can't explain my reaction neither can I explain how fantastically great this mascara is!!! Now I have no worries at all about putting on mascara although I do advise not to use too much as that may harm the lashes! But that's not my place to advice how much mascara to put or not, I am advising EVERYONE (even those who never put mascara on, like me) to use L'Oreal Double Extension Mascara….you wont believe your eyes!!! It'll boost your lashes to the EXTREME!!! I may sound like I am over-reacting but believe me it seriously looks like my lashes are fake and that they aren't even mine…I couldn't believe they were mine and neither did anyone else who saw me!!! I absolutely L-O-V-E this mascara, it's definitely the mascara for me and it's my number ONEmake up product!!!
A little about this extraordinary mascara!!!
It has got two sides to it, one is a white layered coat that you lash on first to make your lashes exceptionally long, to separate lashes and it also contains ceramide R. to protect lashes-G-R-E-A-T now I don't need to worry so much about harming my lashes and neither do you!!! Then the second layer is a black layered coat which makes lashes look thicker and lengthen them ever more than they already are!!! To me this mascara provides EVERYTHING one needs for their lashes: makes them look thick, separates them (that's up to you if you want them separated, but I must advise, they look wonderful when they are), U-L-T-R-A lengthens lashes and protects them!!! I was very pleased with this mascara and think that if you give it a try it will definitely be in your make-up bag at A-L-L times!!!
