***WHY THIS MASQUE?*** This masque is for dry, Coarse, Rebellious hair, and seeing as I use a hair-dryer 3 times a week and straighteners nearly every day my hair is always getting very dry and often snaps very easily. Not only this but I also sometimes get frizzy hair and random straggly bits of hair which stick out on to top of my head which makes my hair look even more frizzy and damaged!
***WHERE CAN I GET THIS FROM/PRICE?*** I got this masque from boots and it cost me about £3.99, but they normally have these masques on 3 for 2 so you can also get other products in the range as well if you use this range.
***PRODUCTS IN THIS RANGE*** They also do shampoo and Conditioner in this range and it is recommended that you also use these as well to achieve best results.
***THE SMOOTHING MASQUE*** This masque with Nutrileum delivers an intensive action to the surface of the hair. Dry, Coarse, Rebellious hair is now instantly tamed and smoothes with this intense masque. The anti-frizz action is ensures hair is softer and more manageable.
The masque comes in a big round pot with a screw lid on, which un-screws easily, when your hands are dry! The masque itself is a white pearly colour and smells quite pleasant. I can't explain the smell exactly but its not over-powering and definitely smells fresh & a smell I would want in my hair. Its quite thick but applies very easily to the hair and only takes a few minutes to wash out (of course this depends on how long your hair is). The smoothing masque comes in a 200ml pot.
***DIRECTIONS FOR USE*** Use this once weekly along with the other smooth intense products to achieve greater results. I How-ever don't use their shampoo, I just use this masque once weekly!
After shampoo, squeeze out access water/moisture and apply generously. Leave this in for 1-2 minutes before rinsing out. I normally always use a wide tooth combed to comb the conditioner through and this normally takes 1-2 minutes to do this. I always do this to ensure all my hair is coated with the smoothing masque to achieve greater results. This masque washes out very easily.
***THE RESULT*** I always blow dry y hair after washing and roughly drying it. I always use heat protection spray and I use a big round brush to dry my hair. After drying my hair, my hair not only look much smoother and sleeker but felt so much softer than it had done before I had washed it. It no longer looked dry and no longer felt like straw. I had a gorgeous shine to my hair and I felt and looked as though I had just stepped out of a hair-dressers! I was amazed at how much different this masque made my hair look and feel. Sometimes even when I use a wide toothed comb to go through my hair after washing it, it gets knotty, but after using this masque it was so much easier to comb and I didn't have any knots at all!
I have now been using this masque once a week for the past 3-4 months now, I think its fantastic and every time I use it I feel like a superstar!
