Infallible!
Advantages: Looks great, easy to apply Disadvantages: Can't always get last bit out
...I decided to give the L'oreal Infallible make-up Long-Lasting Perfecting Foundation. It was £10.99 from Superdrug. I was drawn to it as it said that it lasted up to 16 hours and fights the signs of make-up meltdown. This is what i hated about previous foundation, I always felt that by the end of the end of the day or half way through a night out my make-up started to wear away.

This foundation comes in a 30ml glass bottle with a plastic lid. The foundation is dispensed with a pump action. Which is good as its easy to get out and you can't make the mistake of squeezing too much out, however it does mean that you can't get the last little bit out of the bottle, there always seems to be some left that you just can't get at. It goes onto my skin easily, I always apply moisturizer before hand and it copes well with that. It is easy to rub in and gives a nice finish. I sometimes use power over it, but not all the time. Other make up such as eye shadow and blusher go well over it as well as it gives a soft and even finish.
Once on it doesn't seem to rub off easily and my face does not get shiny, it also hides blemishes up to a point. This foundation also is SPF 15 which is handy.
I use the 015 porcelain shade as I have fair skin, there are other shades, ranging from even lighter to much darker, so should suit every skin tone.
It does last longer than other foundations, I wouldn't say it looks amazing after 16 hours, but not too bad, but I do often find myself reapplying. It is easy to take off, I use standard make-up wipes and it comes of with no trouble.

Advantages: This is the best foundation I have ever used, it stay's put and covers blemishes! Disadvantages: Pricey and the pump doesn't get the last bits of the product out.
...is that eh?
So, L'Oreal Infallible Foundation. I usually buy either a cheapy foundation like Collection 2000 range if I'm skint or I have tried the Bodyshop range of Foundation but this doesn't seem to last that long.
I had been recommended this product by a relative, and they said it stay's put! but is pricey. I have heard good things about the L'Oreal brand as being professional and good quality, but top end of the price range.
I went off to ... ...light to olive colouring. The L'Oreal range has a diversity of colours from very light to more orangey. This one is not too orangey and not too pale. I like something with a bit of colour to it.
Usage: I applied he product after using a moisturiser on my face, and leaving for about 20 mins as a base. I pumped out a small blob of foundation onto the back of my hand and applied it in upward movements onto my cheeks, forehead and chin. The foundation ...

Advantages: Lasts months, great match for skintone, people can't tell you're wearing it Disadvantages: Some people may think £10 is too much to spend, but it is worth it
...My prayers were answered by L'oreal whose great product, Infallible, has a wide enough range of colours to suit all types of skin colour.
I use the lightest one and for a long time used their previous similarly bottled foundation but found the lightest infallible shade an even better match to my own skintone. The product comes in a little clear glass pump action bottle with a plastic lid (something I am always breaking or losing). Whether applying ... ...last me months before I have to buy another - a very good thing as it costs around £10 each time. Worth every penny though!
I apply it with my fingers to the whole of my face and it covers all imperfections - uneven skintone, spots, blemishes and (a big one for me) dark circles under the eyes. (yeah yeah I should get more sleep!) It makes me look a lot more softer, smoother and less tired for one which is brilliant. The colour matches to my skin ...

Advantages: great skin colour match Disadvantages: does not last, mkes face greasy/shiny
I bought this foundation before all the adverts came out, as I had run out of my usual Revlon Colourstay, and needed some foundation asap. After spending a good half hour in Boots checking out all the foundations, I went for this one because I always find it hard to find a foundation that actually lasts, and the packaging boasted that not only did it last, but it didn't melt either. "Perfect!" I thought, and not bad for £10.99.
I was wrong.
As ... ...in the shop that actually matched my skin tone, and there were plenty of different ones there, so I can't fault them on that. But that's where the good points end. It certainly does not last as long as it says it does, after around an hour or two it is already starting to melt off, and makes my skin look more shiny and feels greasy (even with powder over the top!) I've only been using this for about a month, and it hasn't gone down much, which is ...

I have searched high and low for a great foundation. Not wanting to spend too much money, I steered clear of the higher end products for many years. I eventually realised that is is worth spending a little more to get a great product that actually does the job properly! (£10-£13)
I have had pores accross my nose and no amount of daily cleaning cleared them up . But this product covers my skin so evenly and the colour matches are great. I even have ... ...sun tan or not.
I feel so much more confident when my make up looks good. Not that you need much on as a good foundation to smooth over the edges makes a world of diffrence after a sleepless night with the babies!
It seems to be magic...as soon as you smooth it over your skin, it absorbes and almost changes your face to a smooth doll like complexion!
My foundation stays put all day and is cleaned off easily with face wipes. I have read other reviews ...

Advantages: Wide range of base shades, non-messy pump dispenser. Disadvantages: Left skin shiny, required powder over the top.
I've always used L'Oreal foundations as I feel they are a reliable brand, but was very dissapointed with the Infallible version. I chose to buy this product as I received a small free sample inside a magazine, which although it was too dark a shade for my skin, gave great coverage on my teenage skin. When I first applied a thin layer of my new foundation I was very pleased as it pretty much covered all of my blemishes and gave a good even tone, but ... ...foundation all day I found that I had to repeatedly add more and more powder to reduce the shine.
I have never had a problem with L'Oreal products before and am always impressed by the wide range of base colours they provide, but this product is certainly not for me. ...

Advantages: Evens skin tone, looks quite natural, a little goes a long way Disadvantages: Caused me to break out, encouraged oilyness, didn't stay on amazingly long
too tacky/obvious, that's a great plus with this product. It does stay on relatively long, about 4 or 5 hours before a touch up but I've found that my skin feels a heck of alot more oily by this point. This in turn has caused me to break out horrendously, it has given me more clogged pores too. It's a real shame, it was good while it lasted! Just goes to show that there's no One Foundation for everybody. Don't be afraid to try it out would be my advice.
I guess my search for the perfect foundation continues. Next review will be L'OrealInfallible, fingers crossed! ...
