I've always used L'Oreal foundations as I feel they are a reliable brand, but was very dissapointed with the Infallible version. I chose to buy this product as I received a small free sample inside a magazine, which although it was too dark a shade for my skin, gave great coverage on my teenage skin. When I first applied a thin layer of my new foundation I was very pleased as it pretty much covered all of my blemishes and gave a good even tone, but not long after my skin began to look oily and shiny. Which is never good, so I applied powder over the top and expected that to sort it out, but soon my skin appeared greasy again. Wearing this foundation all day I found that I had to repeatedly add more and more powder to reduce the shine. I have never had a problem with L'Oreal products before and am always impressed by the wide range of base colours they provide, but this product is certainly not for me.

Advantages: Lasts months, great match for skintone, people can't tell you're wearing it Disadvantages: Some people may think £10 is too much to spend, but it is worth it
Advantages: Evens skin tone, looks quite natural, a little goes a long way Disadvantages: Caused me to break out, encouraged oilyness, didn't stay on amazingly long
