L'Oreal Styling Gel For Kid's

I bought this product because I recently cut my son's hair with some hair shaver's.
What a disaster!! If you've ever cut a childs hair you'll know how hard it can be to get them to sit still, in my son's case this is nigh on impossible as he's only 14 mths old. I have tried taking him to the hairdresser's but this proved to much for him and he promtly ... .../>
I paid for my L'Oreal raspberry burst hair gel (which wasn't exactly cheap at £1.99 for a 250ml bottle) and went home to try it out.
By the way he WAS wearing a hat to hide the said mistake, lol so he wasn't to embarrased.
The bottle's a nice shape and it's red and blue with yellow writting on it - very eye-catching.

L'Oreal Styling Gel For Kid's ----------------------------
I bought this product because I recently cut my son's hair with some hair shaver's. What a disaster!! If you've ever cut a childs hair you'll know how hard it can be to get them to sit still, in my son's case this is nigh on impossible as he's only 14 mths old. I have tried taking him to the hairdresser's but this proved to much for him and he promtly started screaming at the top of his voice lung's ,lol.
So you can imagine my dilemma - he was starting to look like a hippy dude so I had to take action!! Well when I had finished shaving the back of his head and was quite pleased with the result's - I then proceded onto the top - he wriggled around that much that the attachment popped of and he ended up with a wee bit missing in his fringe area (oh the guilt)
I felt terribly guilty about this and he also looked a little bit silly, lol. So off we popped to the shop to see if there was anything I could use to try and disguise my mistake!!
Not much choice really in my local chemist. Then I spotted this and thought "this must be good, I've seen it on tv".
I personally don't think pacgaging is too important but, I suppose it's got to be presentable hasn't it? The information on the bottle is quite a good read for a hair gel product!
THE INFORMATION ----------------------------
Extra gentle styling gel plus manager Not sticky Helps stop unruly hair in it's track's Suitable for all hair type's Contain's no alcohol (alway's a good thing in my book) It's say on the bottle that it's so gentle it's tear free and Ophthalmologist tested (whatever that mean's)
I suppose if you using this on long hair it will help against tangling and knotted hair but, as my son had just been more or less scalped this wasn't really an issue!! So I squited a small amount onto my palm as directed on the bottle and applied it to his hair - especially his fringe area - spiked what was left up and hay presto - he now looked very cool and no longer like he'd had a barny (fight) with the barber!! When it drie's you can't really tell it's on but the hair doe's stay where you styled it to so, thats good. Extremely good in this case, lol.....
You will all be pleased to learn that my son's hair is now doing fine and in recovery!! It's growing back and you can hardly tell where I accidently shaved his fringe off.
I would recommend this to any-one with kid's but I would also like to add that I have a small worry about the product. This product smell's absolutely scrumptious - infact some kids may even find that it smell's good enough to eat, so if you are letting your children use this themselve's - make sure they know it's for there hair and ABSOLUTELY not to be eaten. It smell's like raspberry jelly to me and kid's will probably think so too.
I still think it's a top product hence the 5 star rating. Just be careful.
My daughter is a brilliant swimmer. She’ll dive down to the bottom of the deep end of the pool and retrieve just about anything off the bottom for you. She can swim crawl with her face in the water. But when it comes to washing her hair……well, that’s a different matter.
Try shampooing her hair, and you will end up with the neighbours thinking you are torturing her.
One Friday afternoon, we were shopping in Asda, when to my amazement, she picked ... ...advertising works on kids, but shampoo on the worlds worst hair wash wimp? The bottle is an odd sort of shape, and is kind of lop sided, made to look like a fish with an eye at the top. The bottle she chose was a pale green colour, with a yellow cap, and had “Burst of Cool Melon” written at the bottom. It has L’OREAL Kids emblazoned across the middle.
I opened the lid, and took a sniff. Mmm. That smells quite nice. Fairly strong and fruity, but ...

...Strawberry Shampoo" It also has L'Oreal Kids written above that. The L’Oreal Kids range is supposed to be a gentler formula and more appropriate for kids than other shampoos.
What can I say about the smell of this product?
It's AMAZING! It's absolutely gorgeous. It smells extremely sweet and sweet like. It actually smells identically like strawberry milkshake. It reminded me of a drink I had while I was out a few weeks ago. Strawberry milkshake ... ...I bought this shampoo for £1.47. The normal price for it was £2.49, so yet again, I got a bargain! You get quite a bit for your money too. I was pleased with my purchase.
I used this shampoo for the first time yesterday. The colour of the actual shampoo is a light perlised pink colour, and it looks quite thick.
I wet my hair and applied that shampoo, it lathered up well and the smell was lovely. I didn't have to use a lot to make a nice thick lather.

L’Oreal for Kids Shampoo
***********************
My Daughter was born with a head-full of hair. She lost it a wee bit but now at 18 months old and looking like a three year old with her longer than shoulder length, curly hair, kids shampoo is very high on the shopping list.
I’ve tried more than a few products and being honest all work more or less exactly the same because, not being anywhere near her teenage years, having greasy or dry hair is ... ...to nursery!!”. What I’m trying to say is she doesn’t care. So what sets L’Oreal for kids apart of the other competitors, for me? It’s smell. Every bottle and “flavour” I have tried smell absolutely scrumptious! They come in-
Fast dry Cool Melon and Pineapple Flash Shampoo
2-in-1;
Orange Mango
Blueberry Strawberry
Swim Shampoo in Orange
Extra Manageability Tropical Punch
Banana Melon for fine hair
Watermelon for thick, curly or wavy hair

Advantages: Smells just yummy Disadvantages: some silly sausage might try to eat it
I was shopping on our local Tesco’s the other day, and I happened to notice the new L’Oreal kids shampoo ‘So Strawberry shampoo’ which was on display –The nice bright pink bottle caught my eye, so I immediately went over! (I love pink!) It’s a lovely strawberry ice cream coloured bottle, which is apparently, supposed to be designed to look like a fish! Trust me, if you’ve seen the bottle, you will know what ... ...swim past the L’Oreal factory? Lol! As it looks nothing like a fish, more like a pink bottle with an eye drawn on it. Anyhoo. I had to have a quick sniff of it before buying, and oh wow! It smell’s just gorgeous – like the nicest strawberry milkshake in the world! If I didn’t know any better, I’d drink it – which made me thin I’d better keep it out of Rebecca’s reach smelling like that! It was only ...

...no tears! no knots!
L'oreal kids is so gentle, it's tear free, tested under ophthamologist control.
It also claims to stop flyaway hair There's the contact details on there, too.
I can vouch for the fact it's gentle on the eyes, although i'm not one to pussy-foot round my kid, i just pour the jug of water straight over his head (and he's used to it by now), i've always been careful not to get shampoo in his eyes, just in case, but the first time ... ...just asked for a towel so he could wipe his eye!!
Definatly worth a try, my baby loves the smell, and feel quite grown up with all the different products.
I tried to grape conditioner aswell, although his hair didn't need it, the smell was to die for, so i used it myself, and got a telling off from him, for using his stuff!! The conditioner is one of the best i've used, leaves your hair super soft, softer than any created for us women that are ...

l'orealkids tangle tamer is ideal for children with all hair type i use this sweet smelling tangle tamer on my two girls, the one who has thin wavy hair i tend to use this on just so that the brush goes through it easier as her hair tends to get knoty easy then i just style and off she goes,my other daughter has thick, straight hair i tend to use it more on her just to stop it looking flyaway,i use this on my children on a daily basis and i have no problemswith it,
i buy l'oreal as it is a brand i tend to trust, this spray costs around £1.99 from any good chemists but i got mine from savers so you might pay a little bit more in some places.

Advantages: No more tears before bed time Disadvantages: None that i have found
I have always used the L'OrealKids range and they have just released a new one called Soothing Lavender Shampoo especially made for bed times.
This is a 2 in 1 shampoo made especially for your little ones, its is very mild so it will not sting their eyes and because it is a 2 in 1 it has extra conditioners in it to keep your childs hair soft and knot free. The lavender has a calming effect that relaxes them before bed time, if your kids are anything like mine then is really is an added bonus as mine are constantly on the go, so calming them before bedtime is perfect.
~Packaging~
It comes in a 250ml easy to hold bottle and they have tried to shape the bottle into a little fishy, with a scale like pattern on one side and a little eye on one side and the bottle slopes on one edge to give the fish like shape. The bottle is ...
Well I have found a new miracle that saves my life in a morning and the tears and tantrums with my 3 year old daughters hair" new L'Orealkids tangle tamer for wet or dry hair." I can honestly say it's my life saver
And its sorts out my daughters crows nest (tight and curly but that's what it looks like in a morning crows nest) as she loves her bath times and night and washes her hair she hates to go in the bath or shower in a morning because she thinks she will have to go back to bed (yes yes I know my fault).
So I don't know if any one else has the same problems but why she children hate there the hair brushing??????
***Quick flash back >>> when I was a child I used to get my head and hair ragged round until it was brushed (nanas was worse at it) also remember cutting big lugs out from the back underneath (how bad was I ...
