L'Oreal Lumi Oil Shine Care Drops For Curly/Wavy Hair

Advantages: Easy to follow instructions and can be used on light coloured hair.
Disadvantages: pity it is non permanant.

...My daughter had a hair dying disaster last week. She deicided to go bleached blonde and it turned out a brassy colour! After trying a few brands/colours which didn't cover the horrible brassiness and even turned a slight pink colour, i came across L'Oreal Casting Creme Gloss in Chocolate shade. Wow, it was amazing! It was a dream to apply, smelt beautiful (fruity) and my daughters hair was ready after about 20 minutes. When i first started to apply the dye to her hair, the solution turned to plum colour, which did worry me at first but i didn't need to worry as this isn't the true colour. After washing the dye out, i applied the conditioner, another gorgeous smell and left it on for a few minutes. I have never felt hair so soft! ...I am what is known as a "Newist" and when I saw the adverts for this product I had to buy it, I did not however have very high hopes for the product as in my experience you do not usually get the results promised on the box. This product however did live up to my expectations. Preparation: Minimal, Dampen hair, Squeeze colour into developing lotion, Shake, Put on gloves. Application: Very little fuss, No mess application, Apply to hair as instructed (Longer for grey hair, Apply mainly to roots for recently coloured, etc), Leave for required time, Wash hair (Without shampoo) and apply conditioning creme. General Views: Brilliant product that actually does what it says on TV. Only qualm would be that there is a bit too much solution so it seems there is some waste.... Read review

Advantages: Protects natural pigmentation and dyed hair.
Disadvantages: Costly, can be frightening as it is a funny blue-ish colour

...This product is designed especially for blondes and it shows. I work in Cut Above hair dressers that supports L'Oreal and i find that when washing blonde hair this product really does what it says. The blonde shines and becomes the best colour it can be, This may be dark blonde, light blonde, musky-dirty blonde, it doesnt matter because this product really shows that any blonde can be beautifull. As a blonde i own this product and love it! I can really see the colour coming out in my hair. For dyed hair this is really good, as bleach and other colourants can strip the hair of its natural pigmentation this product not only protects it but calms the hair down ready for blowdrying but does not flatten layers....
