It took me a while to pluck up the courage and finally go for a fake tan, I had so many memories of people turning orange that I never dared. I read opinions and shopped around and sublime bronze tanning milk was rated good, not the best but Sufficient.
So, I rushed out in the beginning of summer to purchase it. L’oreal claim, I Quote “Sublime bronze is a self tanning milk, with a smoothing affect, which has been specifically developed to give natural-looking tan without the orange streaks” .
Excellent I thought, so I went ahead and followed the rules on fake tanning, Which are; exfoliate and moisturise
I then followed the instructions;-
Apply evenly to the skin – I rubbed the lotion all over and it was very easy to do, I even managed to do my back.
Wash your hands thoroughly
They don’t explain how long to leave to dry, but I found it dried in about 15 min, L’oeal claim the tan appears by the first hour, I didn’t see results until the morning. I went to bed and waited until the next day.
My back had covered well considering it’s the hardest part to reach, My arms were o.k, but it had left a streak on my under arm. I looked at my legs, and wasn’t happy, they were blotchy, streaky and ORANGE!!!! I gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried again the next night, next night, for four nights, and no, I still couldn’t get my legs nice and bronze and streak free, consequently I gave up.
Sublime Bronze is priced at the middle of the range at £9.99
It contains AHA’s to smooth the skin but doe’s not contain sun filters to protect against the rays.
Overall the product doesn’t smell which is a good thing, they alway's used to smell horid...O and is easy to apply, but unfortunately I felt the Tan was the most important piece of the product and it failed, no one wants to look like orange peel !!!!!

I daren't use fake tan because my skin is so pale that you'll tell. And because I've got red hair, being pale kinda suits me in a way :) well I tell myself that anyway lol Lisa xx
