Hi, I'm a twenty something chemistry student from the South West who loves the outdoors yet seems to spend far too much time indoors infront of my PC.

Previously I had always used cheap stick style concealers but having tried other L'Orealmake-up products and being impressed I forked out a few extra pennies on a Touche Magique concealer.
Admittedly make-up shouldn't be about the packaging but I have to say I think the Touche Magiqueconcealer pen is stylish and nice to look at in its transcluscent cylinder with silver writing. It is a 'pen' design, approximately 12cm long with a brush at one end protected by a little cap and the other end you turn to release the concealer into the brush.
By playing a few times you soon learn how much concealer you need and therefore how many turns to make. The protective cap prevents waste by stopping any concealer that remains on the brush from drying out completely so that you can use it the next time. The brush is useful for applying the concealer however I find that you still need to blend it gently with a finger although this doesn't create much mess.
After being used to harder stick concealers it took a little getting used to the creamy texture of the Touche Magique and at first I used a little too much. Like anything it didn't take long to learn that less is definately more and so overall I think you actually use less each time than with stick concealers.
Every time I buy a new make-up item I get concerned that the colour may be wrong but I was pleasantly suprised by the colour. It covers pinky-red blemishes very well and definately lightens the dark patches under my eyes without it being obvious I've plastered the make-up on. I also found it wasn't too greasy or dry to apply and the coverage lasts well.
My only qualm with this product is that like all L'Oreal products it is a little pricey compared to some other brands. However, considering the coverage it provides and the fact that you don't need very much of the product at a time hence it should last longer, I think it's not bad value for money at all. I will definately be buying another when mine runs out.

I got one of these for free through a website and I was pleasantly suprised - I don't usually use concealer as the stick ones always seem quite dry and cakey but I really like this one! x
