I first went to this restaurant with a mentor from university along with the other students that were being mentored. I liked it so much that I asked my parents to take me again. We have since been on several occasions the most recent being for my 18th Birthday.
My mam, dad, my best friend Emma and I, met my older sister, Joanne and her husband Craig, at Avanti on Friday night. We booked a table for 7pm ready for my birthday celebration! Joanne and Craig arrived a little earlier than us (6.40pm) and were already at our table when we arrived.
I love Italian food and I always have the same whenever I go (Minestrone Soup followed by Spaghetti Bolognese!)

Advantages: delicious food, fine wine, welcoming staff, great service, pleasant atmoshpere Disadvantages: They do not cook lasagna which is a pity
I recommend Strada to all of you who likes good food for very good price. Strada is a great Italian Restaurant with great food and excellent service. This restaurant offers a range of traditional pizzas, pastas and also steaks, chicken, pork and fish. Every guest is offered an old fashion bottle of complementary filter water. At Strada you can enjoy a bottle of very good quality wine for very reasonable price as well.
Strada is a restaurant I can always rely on for excellent food and wine, very friendly staff, fast service and wonderful atmosphere - nice, quiet music and candles in the evening. The staff interact with the customers, everybody is very welcoming and pleasant. That is a great place for having romantic dinner but you can also enjoy lunch with little baby. Advantages: Looks good, browns quickly Disadvantages: I've had two and they both stopped working within 2 years
I've had two Avanti toasters, and both stopped working after about 15 months (i.e. just long enough to be out of guarantee), despite having had fairly light use. I had a Tefal kettle too, and that started leaking after (luckily) about 8 months, so at least I was able to take it back.
The Avantis were OK while they were working, though not outstanding. They browned the bread quickly but rather unevenly. The front-loading design looks smart and the high-lift feature is good, making it easy to get teacakes etc out. Overall the toaster is convenient to use, but it takes up a lot of surface space for a two-slice unit. Like the other reviewer I found that I used the bun-warmer attachment far less often that I'd thought I would (in fact hardly at all).
When I wrote to Tefal about the reliability problems I'd had they gave me a brush ...
