If you are a driver like myself, you will know that you can quite easily speed on a 30 mph route without realising till reach about 35 mph! If you do 31 mph on a 30 mph road and get fined £40 - I can tell you would not be happy!
What especially annoys me is when police are being called to ... ...when there are little school girls being attacked which needs urgent attention! Surely these police matters rate higher than ruining peoples days, even years if it is a set of 3 points that takes a total up to 12 points thus leading to disqualification!
