I am a recurrent sufferer of candida, I've just got to read about it being a warm day or look at a tight pair of jeans and I get a bout!
The repeat precriptions I've had from my GP for Caneston (cream, pessary, one off tablets) and daktarin could rebuild an oak tree.
So, I saw this in Boots and thought I would try prevention rather than cure.
The bottle I have at the moment is a good 4 months old, you literally only need a tiny drop each time so there's just under half left.
I haven't had any flare ups whilst using this wash which is fantastic. Not having that embarrassment and constantly being uncomfortable at work made the £4.89 I spent cheap at twice the price.
Obviously, this is my personal experience of the product and results may vary, but I'm sure that the fact that whilst using the wash, you avoid using something possibly more perfumed can only be helpful.
For the initial outlay it is definitely worth a go.
