My Mini Oven :)

AdvantagesEasy to use, saves money on electricity bills, makes great dishes, cooks thoroughly, transportable

Remoska - great way to cook and save the planet!

AdvantagesWorks like an oven but uses a lot less power, easy to clean

DisadvantagesYou are limited by the size of the base

"...on sale over here at Lakeland Ltd and from what I can gather they are very popular amongst Lakeland customers. The Remoska comes in three sizes, the Baby, the Standard and the Grand and the one I own is the Baby. The Standard and the Grand both have a glass vision panel in the lid - the Baby doesn't but so far I haven't found that to be a disadvantage. Do they work? ******************** Yes they do! - I do love gadgets and there is always ..." Read review

Remoska will be a godsend come Christmas!

AdvantagesVersatile cooking temperatures, cooks most things better than conventional ovens.

DisadvantagesVery hot lid - not ideal with children about.

"...is rice puddings and crumbles. Lakeland really do have a great product here that will last a long time and is reliable for cooking a variety of foods. The Remoska cooks food through the lid. The lid is basically the heat source and so when you do remove the lid to stir your food it can be extremely hot. I cant say I have anything else negative to say about this product - many mini ovens have the base as the heat source. Also, there is just a simple ..." Read review

Small and efficient, but takes practice!

Advantagessmall, easy to clean, energy efficient, practical

Disadvantagesfairly high price, takes longer to cook, and takes practice!

"I recently bought a Lakeland Grande Remoska rather than a small oven. As a keen cook, the appliance has really been put through its' paces the last few weeks. Overall I'm happy with the product - you can cook pretty much anything in here, and it makes the tastiest Roast Chicken I have ever tried. Things to note - despite reading reviews to the contrary, I've found that the remoska takes longer than a traditional oven to cook certain things, ..." Read review
