Advantages: Cool, classic looking car, very rare and different in the UK, speed, once the engine was sorted out and long distance cruising potential Disadvantages: Heavy fuel consumption, only drum brakes all round with no servo, automatic gearbox
. The braking was best described as a joke.
Not only did the brakes fade, they were also not adjusted correctly so first it would pull to the left and then the right and then the left front wheel would lock up. It was an interesting journey home.
The second major problem was the engine. 1972 was the first year the US Authorities placed heavy legislation on emmission controls and as a result, the engines just didnt perform. The technology just didnt exists then so it was easier to stop the engine performing than to look at other ways of reducing the emmissions so I had a 5.0 liter engine that put out somewhere around 140 bhp at the wheels, this was similar to what many 3.0 litre engines were putting out at the time, and so with a low powered engine, an auto gearbox and a near two tonne weight, it didnt really go anywhere fast, still that was ...

~~Engine~~
The engine is absolutely incredible. It is a 60 degree V-12 with a light alloy block. It is mid mounted and longitudinal which gives loads of power to the rear wheels. The 5707cc engine emits a maximum power output of 510bhp at 7100rpm and a maximum torque of 580Nm at 5200rpm. The engine has a pressurised water cooling system. The ignition is electronic and has an integrated fuel injection system which is an original L.I.E Lamborghini electronic sequential multi-point injection system.
The engine runs on premium unleaded 95 R.O.N. (As of 1998) and can do 100km with 16 litres of fuel.
~~Performance~~
The performance is remarkable and can be expected from Lamborghini. This car has a top speed of 323km/h which is the same as 204mph. It goes from 0-60mph (0-100km/h) in 3 ...
Advantages: User-friendly, emails can easily be customised, good help facility... Disadvantages: None that I can think of
I find Microsoft Outlook Express an extremely efficient and user-friendly piece of software. It not only allows easy composition, sending and receiving of emails, but it also allows you to customise the emails you send to suit your purpose i.e. you can use the stationary provided to brighten up your message and you can send sounds and pictures with it too. You can also attach official documents such as invoices and letters to your message. This email program can also be used to download messages from hotmail accounts too which is very useful. Outlook Express 5.0 also has an Address Book facility for storing email addresses and other details such as home address, work address, phone/ fax number etc. This package is very easy to learn how to use and if you ever get stuck (which you shouldn’t) there is an extensive help facility ...
