The City of Bath has been my main home for all my life. Even though I live just outside of Bath it has always been the closest big city where I have spent a lot of time. I used to go to college there and work but now I do not visit the City so much and only go in for meals and rugby matches. Never the less it is still a fantastic place to visit. The Georgian City is beautifully structured has is set amongst the countryside. It has many places to visit and much to learn about the history of the town. Bath is one of the world?s greatest cities and is a huge tourist attraction to everyone around the globe. Even though I cannot understand why so many people come to the city I do think it is a great place with a lot of beautiful views.

I personally love to have nice hot baths and showers and since the midwife had been round to show me how to bath Jack I had decided to give him a bath every night as part of his bedtime routine. /this has been really beneficial and perhaps helped him to sleep pretty much through the night.
I was shown to test the bath water by dipping in my elbow and from this you are meant to gage whether the water is too hot or too cold. Now I don't know about anyone else but I would never make the bath too cold but I would make a nice warm bath for Jack. But too warm is the question. I seem to have no real sense of feeling in my elbows and anything feels cool if its not boiling to me. My daughter has had since a new baby a Boots Whale BathThermometer. It cost £3.25 and is great.
I have used it in the bath every day since she was born and I can put her in the water safely knowing that it is not too hot or too cold.
The thermometer is in a whale shape and goes in the bath, it has a strip at the bottom with a X a tick and a minus sign. The strip changes colour according to the temperature of the water if the tick is highlighted the water is OK but if either of the other two are then it is either too hold or too cold and the temperature should be adjusted before the child goes in.
I leave mine in the bath during bathing to make sure that the water is not getting too cold.
Because of its design my daughter enjoys playing with it and treats it as one of her bath toys.
