I'm a university student, and a reasonably skint one at that. There has been a lot of publicity about this product and the hype certainly drew my attention to the Lancome counter. Can it really be as great as the celebs claim? Will this really be a lip gloss I can wear day to day without feeling gooey and too 'made-up'? Lancome's Juicy Tubes have been available for a while and as a fan of glosses and balms I bought one for myself as treat. The Gloss comes in 15ml tubes with a screw cap. There is no 'wand' but, instead, a hole in the tip of the tube which the gloss is squeezed out of - then you just use the rounded end of the tube to spread the gloss. Very easy. I guess a mirror is ideal but you can manage without. The texture is good. It is a little sticky for my liking but this is probably why the stuff has such good lasting power.
